Guidelines for optimal operation
- Do not overfill the vacuum bag so that the opening can easily fit into the vacuum chamber of the machine.
- Make sure the opening of the vacuum bag is dry, otherwise it will be difficult to seal.
- Before sealing, clean and straighten the opening of the vacuum bag, ensuring that no foreign objects are trapped in the sealing area. Avoid excessive wrinkles in the bag during vacuuming and prevent sharp objects from puncturing the bag.
- Before vacuuming, lightly press the bag to partially remove the air, which improves the vacuuming efficiency.
- Avoid packaging items with sharp objects such as fish bones or hard shells as they can puncture the bag. If necessary, use a protective covering to wrap the items before placing them in the vacuum bag for sealing. For vacuuming powdered substances, place the items in a separate bag before inserting them into the vacuum bag for sealing.
- It is recommended to allow 15 seconds interval between sealing one bag and another during the vacuum sealing process, giving the machine sufficient buffer recovery time.
- When the operation is improper or the bag is broken, the machine vacuum will stop working within 30 seconds.
- During the vacuum sealing process, if a small amount of liquid or food residue accidentally gets sucked into the vacuum chamber, it may clog the vacuum pump and damage the appliance. To prevent this, fold a few paper towels or place a filter inside the vacuum chamber.
- Fresh fruits and vegetables are not suitable for vacuum preservation at room temperature, because fresh fruits and vegetables have respiration, will release heat, easy to rise bag. It is recommended that such items be vacuumed in a preservation jar and placed in the refrigerator for better results.
- Perishable food should be frozen or refrigerated, vacuum sealing can extend its shelf life, but can not guarantee that they will never spoil.
- Fill the bag 2/3 with water, seal it only (without vacuuming) and freeze it for a period of time, so that it can be used in an ice bucket or as ice pack for treating sports wounds.

The machine is unable to perform vacuuming operations
- Ensure that the bag is properly sealed and that the open end of the bag is placed completely inside the vacuum chamber.
- Make sure to securely fasten the locks on both sides of the machine during vacuuming, as failure to do so will prevent the machine from creating a vacuum.
- Check the heating strip and air sealing cotton strip area for foreign objects and correct position. Make sure that the upper and lower air sealing cotton strips are intact. Wipe it clean and place it in the correct position.
- The seal may have failed due to wrinkles at the bag port, crumbs, cheese or other liquids.
- After continuous vacuum sealing for many times, the high-temperature sealing heating strip is easy to seal the vacuum bag with single side embossed dotted directly, thus hindering the normal vacuum function of the machine. (Vacuum bags with double-sided embossed dotted are not affected)
The machine is unable to perform the sealing operation after vacuuming
- The machine is equipped with a vacuum pressure sensor. If the pressure inside the bag does not reach the preset pressure, the machine will not automatically seal. Check the hot press adhesive strip and the upper sealing gasket for any debris, and ensure they are in the correct position. Clean them thoroughly and position them correctly before retrying the operation.
- Make sure that the upper and lower air sealing cotton strips are not deformed or damaged.
- The heat strip is damaged and cannot seal.
Air enters the bag after sealing
- Air leakage may be caused by folds, damages, foreign objects, or other liquids at the opening of the bag.
- Check if the bag is damaged. Do not seal sharp objects such as bones or nutshells. Wrap the sharp parts with puncture-resistant coverings to prevent puncturing the bag.
The vacuum sealer bag is melting
