Product Usage Instructions
Tools Needed for Installation:
- Plastic Card
- Drill
- 6mm Drill Bit
- Small Screw Driver
- Pick Tool
Alpha12 Overhead Mounting Kit Assembly
- Insert a credit card in the middle front side of the overhead console to release the lock and slide out the overhead console.
- Unplug the connectors behind the overhead console.
- Unhook the (2) rubber limiter bands in the sunglass holder.
- Remove the plastic rotary damper by carefully pressing on the lock.
- Use a small screwdriver to carefully pry out the sunglass holder and lay the Sprinter mounting bracket in the sunglass holder cavity.
- Mark screw holes using a pick tool.
- Use a marker to emphasize the screw hole points.
- Use a 6mm drill bit to drill 4 holes.
- Join the Sprinter fascia and mounting bracket using (4) #7-19 screws to secure them together.
- Line up the 15-button controller on the Sprinter ALPHA12 overhead mounting kit. Pay attention to the orientation of the controller.
- Use (4) 4-40x.375 Thread Cutting screws to secure the controller to the mounting kit.
- Insert the controller cable through the plastic rotary damper hole.
- Hold the Sprinter mounting bracket in place while fastening the back side with screws.

- Phillips Screw Driver
- 13mm Wrench
Follow similar steps as above for installing the brain module, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
