Lifting table controller operation instructions

The elevation of the table

• Press and hold the or key directly to control the rise or fall of the table.
• Hold down the key to control the rise of the lifting table, you can see the increase in height (displayed number) on the three-digit digital tube; Hold down the key to control the lowering of the lifting table, and the height (displayed number) can be seen on the three digit nixie tube.

Memory height call and setting

• In the height display interface, press the number key to call its corresponding height, the lifting table will 616automatically run to the corresponding position.
• In the height display interface, press the S key, the height value starts to blink, then press the number key ( 1,2 ,3 ) to record the current height to the corresponding position. If no number key is pressed in the 6s, the memory mode exits.

The screen wake up

• If there is no key operation for a long time, the nixie tube will be automatically extinguished.
• At this time, press any key to light the nixie tube.

Parameter Setting

1. After holding down the S key for 3 seconds, the digital tube displays “S–” and begins to blink;
2. Press the S key again to enter the setting mode, and display the function name. The functions that can set parameters are as follows:
   • Display unit of table height：Unit（ Un ）；
   • Display brightness：Brightness（ br ）；
   • Buzzer switch：Beep（ bEE ）；
   • Strength of collision protection：Collision Force（ CF ）；

Function of each key in setting mode：

• 1: Return key to return to the upper-level menu
• : Option switching
• S: Confirm key (Confirm to enter the next level menu of the current interface or confirm to select the current parameter)

If you do not press any key within 20 seconds, exit the setting mode;

| SI SI Metric| After entering, the height unit value set last time is displayed. You can flip In the options (SI, In) with  and keys. After selecting the option, press S key to save the current option value, and keep the current option displayed for 2 seconds, exit the setting mode.

Annotation

1. Adjust the resolution to 1cm or 0.5inch.
2. Start height Indicates the height displayed after the stroke is reset. The start height can be adjusted within the range of ± 20cm or ±8inch.
3. The maximum limit height must be at least 20cm or 8 inches larger than the minimum limit height.

Protection and alarm

1. Resist protection: E02 is displayed. When the desktop vibrates, collides or tilts during movement, the alarm is given and the movement is stopped immediately. The reverse movement is automatically lifted after setting the distance, or press any key to stop and lift during the reverse operation. Check and ensure that the table does not vibrate significantly, hit obstacles, or tilt during operation.
2. Overheat protection: Hot is displayed. This protection may be activated after prolonged operation. You should power it on again or wait at least 15 minutes before using it.
3. Motor exception protection: Display “E10”. Power should be off, re-check and ensure that the connection between the motor and the controller is reliable, and then re-power on.
4. Overload protection: E20 is displayed. If this alarm occurs when running upward, remove some heavy objects from the table before running; If this alarm occurs while running down, power off, remove some heavy objects from the table, and then power on again.

Stroke Reset

• In the “E10, E20” alarm state or run to the lowest height position, long press the key for 3 seconds, display (Reset) after the release, the lifting table starts to run down to the end and bounce a certain height, reset the completion of the display of the minimum height.
