LED Indications
When you connect your BU110 to your PC, your BU110 will be ready to use when you see the solid blue light. If you see “solid red or Flashing blue” on BU110, you can’t use BU110 properly.
Typical issue trouble shooting
Question 1:
Why does my BU110 has Video stuttering?
Answer:
Please ensure connect BU110 on the USB3 port by using the cable in the
package. We don’t recommend you connect BU110 on the Mac by using the charging
cable. You can also try connecting BU110 on the different type c port. To
ensure your situation get resolved, please contact us:

Question 2:
When I connect the device, there is no output signal, how can I fix it?
Answer:
No signal message result from the no input source come in BU110. Please ensure
to connect your input source(Game console, camcorder…etc) firmly on the input
of BU110.
Black screen result from the input source which has HDCP( e.g., android
device, disable HDCP on console game…etc). To ensure your situation get
resolved, please contact us:

Question 3:
Is your DSLR Camera Compatible with BU110?

Camera Support:
Check the camera offer HDMI output, mini or micro HDMI are suitable for use. Please make sure the camera has Video output. -
Disabling the battery save mode: If you do not want the camera to turn off automatically after a few minutes of non-use, you may disable the battery save mode function.

You must have a clean HDMI output
Disable the camera’s ‘info included resolution, time, date etc. Then check your camera resolution again. -

- XAVC S HD: 1920 x 1080/100p, 50p, 25p
- AVCHD: 1920 x 1080/50i (FX, FH), 1440 x 1080/50i (LP)

If your camera’s resolution meets BU110’s supported resolution, you can use it to record a video.
