Get started
- Using your smartphone, search for ‘Sensate’ in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and install the app. After downloading, open the app and follow the instructions to complete your setup.
- Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, the Sensate is on, and the phone is near the Sensate.
- Power your Sensate on holding the button for half a second.
The device LED will turn on and off accordingly.
About your Sensate
Attach the lanyard (included) to the loop to keep the Sensate positioned correctly.
Your Sensate light will be:
- Blue when powered on
- Green when battery is low
- Red when battery is almost depleted
Make the most of your session
- Set aside some uninterrupted time – as few as 10 minutes is enough.
- Put your phone on sleep mode or do-not-disturb to avoid notifications.
- Recline or lie flat, with the Sensate on your chest – over light clothing or directly on your skin.
- Adjust the lanyard to keep it in the right place, especially if you’re recli- ning at an angle.
- Use headphones for a more immersive experience.
- Darken the room or cover your eyes. Make sure Bluetooth is on, start your session through the ann and relay
Exploring the app nature of sound
Your Sensate device already comes with 17 amazing free soundscapes. To
explore the library, tap ‘select track’ and browse the different themes. You
can adjust the sound volume for your headphones, as well as the intensity of
the Sensate reso- nance, after starting any track.
Sensate Plus
When you get the Sensate Plus annual subscription, it provides you with
instant access to a library of over 30 additional soundscapes, featuring guest
artists, 4D compositions, and much more! You can also try the first month free
by activating it in the Sensate Plus section of the app.

- Download the free app on Itunes or Google Play. Your Sensate device only works when syncronized with the audio on the companion app.

Sensate battery attributes
The built-in rechargeable battery can be fully charged in 100 minutes. We
strongly recommend you place your Sensate on charge in between uses.

event the sealed device case is broken open, can expose you to chemicals,
including cobalt lithium nickel oxide, and nickel, which are known to the
State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive

Cleaning instructions
- This Sensate has a high-tactile surface and it is best to maintain the device and clean the surfaces by wiping with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
- Never submerge the Sensate in liquid or use any chemicals or solvents to clean the device.
Limited device warranty
Subject to the following provisions of this section, we provide a limited warranty that on delivery and for a period of twelve months from delivery, your Sensate shall be free from material defect. If you are a consumer, this warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to the Sensate if It is faulty or not as described.
- The limited warranty is given by us subject to the following condition:
- we are not under liability to you for any loss, damage,
- costs, expenses or other claims in respect of:
- Any defect arising from fair wear and tear;
- any defect arising from wilful damage,
- abnormal, storage or working conditions,
- accident,
- negligence by you or any third party:
- failure to operate the products in accordance with the product guide;
- misuse or alteration of the product without our approval;
- any alteration or repair by you or a third party who is not one authorised by us.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

Returns policy
You have the right to change your mind. Please review our Terms of Sale for
further details. (In short, we are so confident you’ll love your Sensate that
you can return your device within 90 days for a refund if you don’t want to
keep it and it has not been damaged. If your Sensate is faulty, we will
replace or refund your purchase for up to 12 months.)
