Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Place the printer on a steady surface and ensure that the power is turned off.
- Connect one end of the USB data cable to the printer and the other end to the host computer.
- Insert the power cord into both the printer and the power outlet.
Loading Media
- Push the open button to open the cover.
- Put in the folding paper.
- Pull out the paper roll, and guide, and fasten the paper with the paper guide.
- Close the cover carefully.

- General Cleaning: Keep the outside of your printer clean by wiping it periodically with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surfaces.
- Cleaning the Print Head: After installing a new print head or using a roll of media, rub the cleaning pen across the dark area of the print head. Allow the print head to dry for one minute before loading labels.
- Shock HAZARD: Always turn off the printer before cleaning. Try to avoid touching the print head whenever possible. If you need to remove dirt or dust, always gently clean the print head with a cleaning pen or a cotton swab moistened with 100% isopropyl alcohol.
