How to recharge this power bank?
- Connect the other end to the USB C input port on the power bank.
- TYPE-C charging supports fast charging protocols such as PD 2.0/3.0, QC 2.0/3.0, Samsung AFC, Huawei FCP, and MTK-PE1.1.
- When connected to a fast-charging charger, the charger’s voltage will increase to 9V to charge the power supply rapidly. At this time, the first indicator light will turn green. The remaining battery level will be displayed by the lights in a progressively increasing manner, with all four lights staying on when fully charged.
- When charging the power bank with a charger, placing a phone on it will activate the 5W wireless charging output, supporting simultaneous charging and discharging.
- When the charger is unplugged, the indicator light will turn off after 1 second, and the device will enter standby mode.

Compatible with most smartphones, tablets, and earbuds charging cases. TYPE-C output supports PPS, PD 2.0/3.0, QC 2.0/3.0, Huawei’s FCP, MTK’s PE1.1/2.0, Samsung’s AFC, Spreadtrum’s SFCP fast charging protocols for mobile phones, and also supports BC1.2 protocol and high-current charging for Samsung and Apple devices.

Connect the charging cable to the USB C output port of the power bank. Once you connect it to the device you need to charge, it will automatically begin charging.

Double-clicking the button will deactivate the output and enter standby mode. Pressing it once again will resume normal output.

Wireless charging

Compatible with iPhone 12 and newer models / AirPods / most Android phones with wireless charging capability

Simply attach a phone with wireless charging capability to the Veger X5, and charging will start automatically.

Support charging two devices simultaneously. While one device is wirelessly charging,
another device can be connected to the USB C port for dual-device charging at the same time. However, the charging power for both devices will be reduced to standard power during this process. -
The wireless charging output power supports 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W, and will automatically adjust based on the temperature.

The wireless charging output supports foreign object detection protection. If there is a metal object between the phone and the wireless charging area, the wireless charging red light will flash, and the wireless charging will not output.

Instructions for connecting the tracker:

Preparation: iPhone with iOS 14.5+, Bluetooth on, Apple ID logged in, internet connection.

Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep (one sound). The tracker will turn on and stay in connection search mode for 10 minutes. If no phone connects within 10 minutes, the tracker will turn off.

Connecting to iPhone : Open the Find My app on your iPhone, tap “Items,” then tap the “+” icon to add other items. The phone will display “Searching for items.” Once the tracker is detected, it will show “GeoWallet Power Bank ” Tap to connect, enter the item name and icon, and tap “Agree” to complete the connection setup.

Tracker Status: Once connected, the tracker will remain on until the battery is depleted.
After the battery runs out, recharge it, and it will automatically reconnect. The tracker can operate for over 3 months on a single charge when the power bank is out of power. -
Unbinding from iPhone : To unbind the tracker from your phone, tap “Remove Item” at the bottom of the operation interface. When unbinding via close-range Bluetooth, Veger X5will beep twice, and the tracker can then connect to another phone. If unbinding from a distance, the tracker needs to be reset to factory settings. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to reconnect to another phone.

Factory Reset : Click the power button 4 times, holding the button for 5 seconds on the 4th click. After hearing two beeps, the tracker will enter factory reset mode. After each factory reset, other phones cannot connect to the device until the power button is pressed and held for 2 seconds again.

How to Locate a Lost Device : Open the Find My app, go to the lost item search page, and press the product button to start locating the device. The search will last for five minutes.

Power Off: Click the power button 6 times, holding the button for 5 seconds on the 6th click. After hearing a beep, followed by a diminishing beep (lasting 3 seconds), the tracker will turn off.

Turn off via the phone: After connecting, tap the upper right corner to turn off the tracker.
The tracker will beep once followed by two beeps and enter shutdown mode.
Button function description
- Single click: Displays the current battery status.
- Click four times, Hold for Five Seconds on the Fourth Click : Factory Reset.
- Click six times, Hold for Five Seconds on the Sixth Click: Power Off.
- Press and hold for two seconds: Pair with Phone.
- Double click: Turn off the power.

Is there a distance limit for the tracker?
There is no distance limit. No matter where you place it, you can view its location through the “Find My” app on your phone and navigate to find it. -
Is the tracker real-time?
This product does not provide real-time tracking. It works by emitting a signal that nearby Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, smartwatches, computers, etc.) pick up and automatically upload to a remote server. The more Apple devices nearby, the faster the location updates. -
What is the usage range of the product?
The product is best used in bustling urban areas. It is not suitable for remote areas, mountainous regions, or rural towns, as location updates may be delayed by 10-30 minutes.
This delay is due to the dependence on nearby Apple devices to update the location. -
Why is the location not precise or not updating?
Possible reasons include:
