The item must be positioned on a level surface to ensure stability. Use two people to lift Charlie instead of dragging it to prevent damage.
Periodically tighten all fixings to prevent loosening, squeaks, and movement. Follow the enclosed assembly instructions carefully.
Assemble the product at the intended location and lift it carefully into position.

Sunlight & Heat

Avoid excessive heat exposure and maintain a minimum 30cm clearance from heat sources like radiators. Direct sunlight can alter the product’s color.
Do not place hot dishes or mugs directly on surfaces; use tablemats or coasters. Avoid prolonged use of hot equipment on the product.

Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft cloth and occasionally wipe with a damp cloth using mild, bleach-free detergent. Dry with a lint-free cloth.
Use beeswax furniture polish from a reputable supplier if needed. Avoid silicone-based polishes to prevent a build-up altering the appearance.
Remove spills immediately by blotting with a dry cloth. For stubborn stains, seek professional help.

SUNLIGHT & HEAT

Please don’t expose your product to excessive heat as this can cause an issue with the finish. A minimum 30cm clearance from heat sources such as radiators is advised.
Direct sunlight will cause the colour of the product to change, especially if the furniture is placed near a window. Use in hot and sunny conservatories is not recommended.
Leaving items such as ornaments in one place in sunlight on furniture may leave a mark when it is removed. Such marks should blend in with time.

Beeswax furniture polish from a reputable supplier may be used, however, the repeated use of a polish containing silicone is not recommended as it will lead to a build-up of a silicone film altering the appearance.
Spills should be removed immediately by blotting with a dry cloth, especially fatty or oily substances. If the spillage causes staining or the piece requires routine cleaning, we recommend a specialist cleaner
