Instruction For Use
Connect the Android Stick to the TV using the HDMI cable and then plug it into the socket/adaptor.
Select the HDMI source on your TV.
In the Start Pairing instruction that will follow, simultaneously press the 2 buttons located to the right and left of the central button of the remote for 4”.
Choose the language you want. At region, select “Greece” for the Cytavision TV App to be available to your applications.
If you don’t wish quick setup with your Android phone, select Skip (preferred option). Or, if you wish, select Continue.
Choose the Wi-Fi network of your modem.
Choose Sign in to join Google. Enter your Google account information (username & password) for the verification to be made with the device on which your Google account is activated (eg your phone). Choose Accept and then View more, OK.
Select whether you want to Use Location or Help improve your Android and press Accept.
In Install Additional Apps, select whether you want to install additional options and press Continue.
Next, 4 informative frames will be shown. After going through them one by one,
the Control your TV notification will appear which gives you instructions for
connecting the remote to the TV. Press OK. Choose your desired volume by
simultaneously pressing the central button of the remote and +/- and press
YES.
Click Done.
Click Agree to the Terms of Use.
Cytavision TV App
To add the Cytavision TV App to your applications, in the Applications panel that appears, click the Apps icon. Select the Cytavision icon. (If it doesn’t show up in the options, click Google Play Store and type Cytavision in Search. It will show up in Related results. Choose the icon and click Install).
Cytavision TV App is now among the various Apps. If you want to add it to your Favourites, press and hold the central button of the remote and choose Add to Favourites.
On the Welcome to Cytavision screen, click Accept.
Enter your Cytavision credentials (username and password).
The service is ready to use. Happy Viewing!.
USEFUL INFORMATION (TROUBLESHOOTING)
In case of weak sound
From Settings > Remotes and accessories follow the instructions on your screen to reset the tv’s sound volume.
In case of poor video quality
A) Make sure there is a sufficient Wi-Fi signal. If you are still facing
a poor quality issue, proceed to step B.
B) In your TV settings go to Device Preferences > Display > Screen
resolution > Color space settings and select RGB.
If the quality problem persists, proceed to step C.
C) In the display settings of the Android Stick, Display & Sound, try
switching between the available options to see which option works best for
your device.
Display settings, screen resolution and HDMI are also in the Android Stick menu where you can try what works best on your device.
