TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer is valid until 30 September 2023.
2.  The free installation offer is valid for new and existing customers of the Internet service provided they commit to maintain the Internet service for a continuous period of 12 months from the connection date.
3. In case of termination or transfer to another customer of the Internet service before the end of the above mentioned commitment period (12 months), the customers shall be obliged to pay to Cyta the relevant amount of the installation fee* which shall apply on the date of termination or transfer of the service.
4.  The 12month commitment shall not be renewed by Cyta. After the end of the 12month period, the customers shall continue to be Internet customers without any commitment.
5. Cyta reserves the right to amend the present terms.
6. The Internet service is subject to the General Agreement and the Special Terms of the Internet service.

FREE INSTALLATION OF ACCESS AND/OR TELEPHONY SERVICE (TELEPHONY, TELEPHONY PLUS, TELEPHONY SPECIAL USE, FIBER SPECIAL USE)

PROVISION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  The offer is valid until 30 September 2023.
2. The free installation offer is valid for new and existing customers, provided they commit to maintain the Access and/or Telephony service for a continuous period of 12 months from the connection date.
3. In case of termination or transfer to another customer of the Access and/or Telephony service before the end of the above mentioned commitment period (12 months), the customers shall be obliged to pay to Cyta the relevant amount of the installation fee* which shall apply on the date of termination or transfer of the service.
4.  The 12month commitment shall not be renewed by Cyta. After the end of the 12month period, the customers shall continue as Telephony service and Access service customers without any commitment.
5.  Cyta reserves the right to amend the present terms.
6. The Access and Telephony service are subject to the General Agreement and the Special Terms of the services.

• The installation fee for the Access service is €40,00 including VAT and for the Telephony service free of charge.

FREE INSTALLATION OF CYTAVISION SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer is valid for the period of 15 May – 30 September 2023 for the installation of 1st decoder for home packages Value, Variety and Cyprus Football and for all the decoders for Cytavision Public pack.
2.  The offer is valid for new and current customers, provided they commit to maintain the Cytavision service for a continuous period of 12 months from the connection date.
3. In case of termination or transfer of ownership of the Cytavision service before the end of the above mentioned commitment period (12 months), the customers shall be obliged to pay to Cyta the relevant amount of the installation fee for 1st decoder for home packages and all of the decoders for public packages, which shall apply on the date of the termination or transfer of the service.
4. The 12month commitment shall not be renewed by Cyta. After the end of the 12month period, the customers shall continue to be Cytavision customers without any commitment.
5.  Cyta reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions of the product offer.
6.  The Cytavision Service is subject to the General Agreement and the Cytavision Special Terms and Conditions.
7.  The current installation fees are as follows:

Installation fee for 1st decoder (STB) Cytavision for simultaneous installation with Internet Service| € 19
Installation fee for additional decoder (STB) Cytavision| € 29
Installation fee for additional decoder (STB) Cytavision for simultaneous
installation of another decoder (STB)| € 19
Installation fee for 2nd decoder (STB) self installed (valid only for homepackages)| € 19
