ibigboi Professional Pressure Washer

Specifications

  • Includes: 1x new pressure switch with cable, 2x female tab connectors, 1x locking pin for pressure switch, 1x breaker switch, 1x new power switch, 3x cable ties
  • Tools required: 4mm hex/Allen key, small pin or similar, 10mm  drill bit and drill, cable/side cutters, flat head screwdriver orsmall pry tool

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure the WASHR unit is disconnected from power and any water connections.
  2. Unscrew the 4 Allen bolts and carefully store with washers and rubber seals.
  3. Carefully pull/pry off the electrics compartment, ensuring the red rubber seal is intact.
  4. Pull out the PCB board.
  5. Disconnect small cable connections and dispose of them.
  6. Disconnect the 4 large cables.
  7. Cut the cable ties used to secure the pressure switch unit cable.
  8. Push out the pressure switch lock pin and remove it to free the pressure switch unit.
  9. Measure the location for the breaker switch hole. The center of the hole should be approximately 18mm below the center of the case screw hole, clear of screw holes and capacitor.
  10. Punch and drill a 10mm hole for the breaker switch.
  11. Unscrew the breaker switch cap, mount the thread through the hole, refit the cap, and secure tightly. Ensure the connector tabs are clear of the capacitor. Connect the wiring: blue mains wire to the outer connector of the breaker switch, black wire from the pressure switch to the inner connector.
  12. Connect the brown mains cable to the bottom right of the main power switch and the white wire from the pressure sensor to the bottom left.
  13. Connect the red wire from the motor to the top left main switch tab and the black single wire from the motor unit to the final switch connector (top right).
  14. Confirm all wiring is correct and well-connected. The blue and brown capacitor wires should remain as before.
  15. Refit the electrics box back to the main unit and screw in the 4 screws (metal washer next to screwhead, then rubber gasket between case and washer).
  16. Mount the pressure switch cable and lock it in place using supplied cable ties.
  17. Get ready to wash some cars!

FAQ:
Q: Can I install the PCB Delete kit myself?
A: To maintain warranty, this kit needs to be installed by an authorized service center or licensed technician.

WASHER PRO PCB Delete Kit Installation Instructions – 220-240V units

  • The PCB Delete kit includes:
  • 1x new pressure switch with cable and 2x female tab connectors
  • 1x locking pin for pressure switch 1x breaker switch
  • 1x new power switch 3x cable ties.
  • Do not begin work if any component is missing or damaged.

Note: To maintain warranty this kit needs to be installed by an authorized service center or licensed technician.

Tools required:

4mm hex/Allen key
Small pin or similar to remove lock pin. 10mm drill bit and drill
Cable/side cutters
Flat head screwdriver or small pry tool.

Ensure WASHR unit is disconnected from power and any water connections.

Instructions

  1. Unscrew 4x Allen bolts and carefully store with washers and rubber seals.

  2. Carefully pull/pry off electrics compartment, ensure red rubber seal is intact.


  3. Pull out PCB board

  4. Disconnect small cable connections and dispose.

  5.  Disconnect 4x large cables.

  6. Disconnect main switch wiring and pry out switch –4 plastic tabs top and bottom.

  7. Fit new main switch in the same location – check orientation is upright.

  8. Cut cable ties used to secure pressure switch unit cable.

  9. Push out pressure switch lock pin.

  10. remove lock pin and free pressure switch unit.

  11. Thread out old pressure switch cable and pass through new pressure switch wiring – one connector at a time

  12. Measure location for breaker switch hole. Centre of the hole is approx. 18mm below the centre of the case screw hole. It needs to be clear of the screw holes and capacitor.

  13. Punch and drill 10mm hole.

  14. Unscrew breaker switch cap and mount thread through hole, refit cap and secure tightly. The connector tabs should be clear of the capacitor.

  15. With everything mounted securely we can begin connecting the wiring. The breaker switch outer connector needs the blue mains wire, and black from the pressure switch on the inner connector.
    The brown mains cable needs to go to the bottom right of the main power switch.
    The bottom left is the white wire from the pressure sensor.

  16. The top left main switch tab needs the red wire from the motor.

  17. The final switch connector (top right) is the black single wire from the motor unit.

  18. These are the replaced parts left over.

  19. Confirm all wiring is correct and connected well. The blue and brown capacitor wires remain as before, to the two white wires from the motor. Brown to the single white.

  20. Once confirmed, refit the electrics box back to the main unit and screw in the 4 screws. (metal washer next to screwhead, then rubber gasket between case and washer)

  21. Mount pressure switch cable and lock in place using supplied cable ties.

  22. Go wash some cars!
