Open the app, log in to the account, select Add Device, and follow the prompts onthe app and watch screen to follow the instructions:
- Please place your watch as close as possible to your phone and keep both the watch and phone on
- Ensure that the Bluetooth of the phone is turned on and that the watch is connected to the phone normally
- when pairing information pops up on both the watch and phone, please confirm completion of pairing in a timely manner
- If the watch cannot be found or cannot be connected during the addition process, please try restarting the watch and phone, and then reconnecting and pairing

Charging
- Connect the interface of the charging device to a standard USB power adapter purchased from legitimate channels with an output voltage of 5V or above
- Place the charging base close to the charging contact on the back of the watch, and the charging base will automatically attach to the watch body through magnetic force. The watch screen lights up, displaying a charging icon
Tip: If the watch is not used for a long time and the battery is depleted, it needs to be pre charged for a period of time before the charging icon will appear. Before charging, please wipe the part of the back of the watch that comes into contact with the charging base clean to avoid sweat or moisture residue.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Shortcut button
Dash down the dial page and display multiple shortcut buttons. Click to enable or redirect to related functions. The button functions Include Do Not Disturb Mode, Flashlight, Raise Hands to Light Up, Settings, Mute Mode, Power Save Mode, Timer, Alarm Clock, Horn Drain, and Find Phone.

After binding and connecting to the watch through the app, you can click to start measuring the blood sugar range value through the app, and there is no need to operate the watch end. Bluetooth calling
After binding the app to a watch, you can make and answer calls using the watch Instead of your phone. Short press the power button on the dial page to find the “Oialing1 Favorite Contacts, Call History1′ application. Favorite contacts need to be added through the app, and up to 10 can be added.
Activity records
- Short press the power button on the dial page to find “Activity Records”.
- After entering, swipe up and down to view the compliance status of the third ring of the activity, step count details, and activity statistics for the past week.
Professional sports
This device provides 13 professional sports functions. Short press the power button on the watch dial page – find “Sports” to view. The sports include running courses, outdoor running, outdoor brisk walking, outdoor cycling, mountaineering, swimming in the pool, golf, elliptical machines, tennis, basketball, badminton, yoga, and strength training. Outdoor sports need to be conducted in locations with good GPS signals outdoors
Settings – Motion Settings
Short press the power button on the dial page – find “Settings” and select “Sports Settings”, which Includes the screen always on during movement, automatic recognition of movement, and automatic pause of movement. After turning on the automatic recognition function, when the watch recognizes sports status In standby mode, It will pop up a pop-up window. The supported sports types include walking, running, cycling, and elliptical machines.
Settings – dial and menu
- Short press the power button on the dial page – find “Settings”, select “Bluetooth earphones” to enter and start searching for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Please set the Bluetooth earphones to standby pairing mode and search for devices. Click to pair and connect.
SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS
- Please wear the watch about one finger away from the wrist bone. Wearing it too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate monitoring data. When selecting to measure heart rate on the watch, please keep your wrist stationary during the measurement process.
- The touch screen of the watch does not support underwater operation. After the watch is soaked in water please wipe off the surface water stains with a soft cloth before proceeding with the operation.
- In daily use, it is important to avoid wearing the watch too tightly. Please keep the contact area of the watch dry and regularly clean the strap with clean water. If symptoms such as redness and swelling appear in the contact area, please stop using immediately and consult a doctor.
- The product information is located on the back of the watch and can be viewed on the back.
- Please use the charging dock included with this device for charging. When using a power adapter for charging, a power adapter that meets the corresponding safety standards or a power adapter that has obtained CCC certification should be used.
- When charging the device, please keep the power adapter and charging dock in a dry environment. Do not touch the power adapter and charging dock with wet hands. And ensure that the power adapter, charging base, and equipment are not exposed to rain or liquids.
- Please use this device within the temperature range of -10 ° C to 45 ° C. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause equipment failure.
