Connect

  1. Enable phone Bluetooth function.
  2. Take out the earbuds from the charging box, the white indication lights flash on the earbuds.
  3. Locate the device Bluetooth name “S18” on your phone to pair, the green lights will turn off when connected successfully. (The earbuds will auto-turn off if not connected to the device within 5 minutes.)

  • X1: Tap once.
  • X2: Tap twice.
  • X3: Tap thrice.
  • 2S: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
  • 3S: Press and hold for 3 seconds.
  • 6S: Press and hold for 6 seconds.

Troubleshooting

  1. Connected while no sound: Try to tap the right earbud to increase the volume.
  2. One earbud can not be charged: Clean the charging contacts of the earbud and its charging box.
  3. The charging box can not be charged: Ensure the charging cable is normal and there is no alien or over dirt in the type-C port.

Reset Earbuds

If there are connection or functional issues, please reset the earbuds:

  1. Delete the Bluetooth name “S18” from the phone list and disable the mobile Bluetooth function.
  2. Put the earbuds into the charging box to charge to full.
  3. Tap earbuds 4 times then press and hold control area for 3 seconds. (The light flashes quickly and lights off, which means reset successfully.)
  4. Then pair the phone with the earbuds as per the above Connect Part.

Safety instructions

  1. Keep the earbuds away from children under 3 years to avoid swallowing by mistake.
  2. Never listen to music at high volumes in case it damages your listening.
  3. Keep the product away from extremely hot and cold environments. It will damage the battery and circuit.
  4. Only charge your device from 5V USB ports in your phones, laptops, or PCs.
    • Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.
