Specifications:

Product Usage Instructions
Power Supply:
The scales can be operated using either a mains adapter or a 9V battery.
The adapter input is located on the side of the weighing unit, while the
battery compartment is located at the bottom of the unit.
Battery Replacement:
If the display shows “Lo,” it indicates that the battery needs to be
replaced.
Positioning the Scales:
Ensure that the scales is placed horizontally for accurate weighing.
Switch-Off:
To turn off the scales, press the designated key.
Automatic Switch-Off:
When powered by batteries, the scales will automatically switch off after 2
minutes if there is no change in weight. In mains mode, there is no automatic
switch-off.
Special Symbols Explanation:
The device meets the requirements of EC-directives 2014/31/EU. Note that
extreme electromagnetic influences may affect displayed values temporarily.

Q: How do I change the weight units?
A: You can switch between Kg and Lb by pressing the designated mode key. -
Q: What should I do if the display shows “Lo”?
A: “Lo” indicates low battery level. Replace the battery with a new one. -
Q: Does the scales have an automatic switch-off feature?
A: Yes, when powered by batteries, it will switch off after 2 minutes of inactivity. Mains mode does not have automatic switch-off.
Operating Instructions

Power supply
The scales can be operated by a mains adapter or a 9V battery. The connector is located on the side of the weighing unit, the battery housing is located on the bottom of the unit. -
Battery replacement
If „Lo“ appears on the display, the battery needs to be replaced. -
Positioning the scales
Please ensure that the scales is in a horizontal position. -
Weighing ( )
After switching on the scales with the „ “ –button, all segments are shown on the display. Please wait until the zero appears. Then place the weight on the\ scales and read off the shown weight.
Net weighing (tare)
Place an empty container (or the fi rst weight) on the scales and press the „tare“–key until the zero appears. Fill the container (or place the second weight on the scales). Only the additional weight is indicated in the display. -
Switch-off ( )
Press the „ “-key. -
Automatic switch-off
Battery mode: Automatic switch-off after 2 minutes whether weight is on the scales or not, in case no change of weight occurs in this time. Mains mode: no automatic switch-off.
Changing the weighing units: Kg, Lb (mode)
This scales can show the weight in either kg or lbs. Press the „mode“–key until the required weighing unit appears. -
Counting ( )
When the „zero“ appears place the reference weight on the scales.
(Attention: the unity weight should be over 50 g. for a correct counting function) Then press the „ “ -key and hold until „100“ appears in the display. Press the „mode“–key and choose the reference quantity (25; 50; 75 or 100) and the press the „ “–key once again.
User calibration
If required the scales can be recalibrated. Turn the scales on pressing the „
“-key. The display shows „88888“. Before the display pass to zero, press four
times the „ “-key and keep it pressed after the fourth time. The display shows
a digit. Press again the „ “-key. The display shows „CAL“ and „20,00“. Place
a 20 kg-calibration weight on the scales. After 4 seconds the display shows
„40,00“, place now a 40 kg-calibration weight on the scales. After 4 more
seconds „PASS“ and fi nally the normal weighing screen appears in the display.
The scales is now re-calibrated. Important: during recalibration the scales
should not experience any movement or draught!
Explanation of the special symbols

Switch-On
After pressing the „ “–key all symbols appear. One can check if all segments are shown correctly. The “zero” which then appears shows that the scales is ready for weighing. -
Negative Weight Display
Press the „tare“–key again. -
Overload
If the weight on the scales is heavier than the max. capacity of the scales then „O.Ld“ appears in the display. -
Power Supply
„LO“ means that the battery is empty and needs to be replaced.
This device corresponds to the requirements stipulated in the EC-directives
2014/31/EU.
Note : Extreme electromagnetic infl uences e.g. radio unit in the
immediate vicinity may affect the displayed values. Once the interference has
stopped, the product can once again be used normally. The scales is not legal
for trade.
Precision
This device corresponds to requirements stipulated in 2014/31/EU. Every scale
has been carefully calibrated and controlled during the production process.
The tolerance is ± 0,5% ± 1 digit (at Temperatures between +5° and +35° C).
Incorrect display values due to damage attributable to impropera handling,
mechanical damage or malfunction is exempt from liability. Damages due to
faults are also exempt from the guarantee. No liability is accepted for
consequential damages or losses by the buyer or the user.
