Product Information
The NEUROGAIT insole is a wireless data-communication device used for measuring gait, and plantar pressure, and diagnosing body balance through the NEUROGAIT App. It operates on Bluetooth technology and comes with a pair of insoles, a magnetic charging cable, and a user manual.
Usage Instructions
App Download and Connection
- Download the ‘NEUROGAIT’ App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Connect the NEUROGAIT insole to the app using Bluetooth.
Measurement and Diagnosis
Once connected, use the application to measure gait, and plantar pressure, and diagnose body balance.
Precautions for Use
- Read the user manual before using the insoles.
- Ensure accurate sizing for precise measurement data.
- Dry insoles sufficiently after washing and store in a clean, dry place.

- Q: Can the NEUROGAIT insole be used in salty environments?
- A: It is not recommended to use the product in salty places such as at the beach as it may damage the product.
- Q: How should I wash the NEUROGAIT insole?
- A: Before washing, turn off the power in the app settings. Wash lightly by immersing in stagnant water and avoid using alcohol or neutral detergent. Do not twist or bend the product during washing to prevent damage.
How to use
- Charge the NEUROGAIT insole for at least 30 minutes before use.
- Vibration occurs, once the cable is properly connected to the NEUROGAIT insole.
- If smart insoles are unused for a long time, please charge before use. You can check the battery level on the applications.
- The battery of insoles can last 7 days for standby mode and 3 days for continuous use. (Usage periods can be varied depends on the condition of the product) *rated voltage: DC 5V 2000mA
- ‘NEUROGAIT’ App Download from App Store / Google Play.
- Use the product after downloading the application and turning Bluetooth on your device.
- 1) Complete with the registration.
- 2) The created profile information and password can be modified through the settings menu.
- 3) You can check whether the NEUROGAIT insole is connected on the main screen.
- 4) Connect and calibrate the NEUROGAIT insole after have completing registration in app.
- 5) The left foot insole connects first and it provides the vibration feedback informing that they are connected.
- 6) The right foot Insole connects only after the left insole is connected.
- 7) You can check already registered NEUROGAIT insoles in the insole Management Menu.
- 8) Already registered NEUROGAIT insoles can be renamed and deleted.
- 9) Additionally, you can check the remaining battery capacity in the insole Management Menu.
- Once the NEUROGAIT insole is connected, measure gait and plantar pressure and diagnose body balance through the application.

Since this product is Bluetooth-based, it is recommended to use it within 5M. (However, in long distances and various gait measurement scenarios, service can be provided stably by utilizing memory)
Precautions for handling
- Please wear the insoles with proper using purpose, otherwise, it may occur the risk of injury and product life may be shortened.
- The product may be damaged if used in salty places such as at the beach.
- If the product has been wet from snow, rain or sweat, and you have hand-washed the product, turn the product over and dry it sufficiently in the shade. (at least 7 days recommended)
- Be careful not to get water around the charging port as much as possible.
- When the product is in the shoes, the Bluetooth connection may be unstable depending on the surrounding environment.
