Assembly Instructions
TRL Deluxe Cart Assembly Instructions
Model # CART-TRL32-DC / CART-TRL38-DC / CART-TRLD44-DC
- STEP 1: 2 people are recommended for this assembly. Remove packaging and protective film from the surface of the cart (it is normal to see residue from the protective film and recommended to wipe down the cart with stainless steel cleaner once removed).
- STEP 2: Lean the Cart backward onto a protected surface. Attach four casters (#1) using 4 pcs of 10 x24 screws per caster (Place locking casters in front positions).
- STEP 3: Using the flat head screws provided attach the REAR shelf brackets (#2A).
- STEP 4: With the rear bracket in place put the rear peg of the cart shelf (#3) through the rear shelf bracket (#2A). Put the front shelf bracket (#2B) through the front shelf peg and secure using the remaining flat head screws.
- STEP 5: Attach the grill to the cart with 2 pcs of M5 screws underneath the grill in the rear.
