Pairing connection method
Q: The keyboard/mouse is not working, what can I do?
- A: Charge the keyboard/mouse.
- Turn on the power switch.
- Install the USB receiver to the host computer.
- If it still doesn’t work, you need to pair it again.
- The following operations are not required under normal circumstances
Keyboard pairing connection method
- Restart the keyboard power and take out the USB receiver.
- Press the and Keys at the same time, then the indicator flashes, and plug the USB receiver in the meantime. The indicator light will turn off after the above action.
- Press any other key to activate, and finish connecting.
Mouse pairing connection method
- Remove the receiver, press the wheel and right side button of the mouse at the same time, then turn the bottom switch to the “Turn on withlight” position( ***** ), and the light will slowly flash.
- Plug the USB receiver into the device.
- The mouse light will flash quickly, then finish pairing.
- The above operations may succeed or fail, and you can try again if you fail.
Product Instructions
- The keyboard and mouse share a receiver, which is located at the bottom of the mouse.
- Before use, please insert the USB receiver and turn on the switches of the keyboard and the mouse;(The keyboard and mouse will light up only if the USB is plugged in.)
- When the battery is too low, the keyboard and mouse will have a little delay, please charge them in time, Please fully charge before using them for the first time.
- The red indicator light of the keyboard and the blue indicator light of the mouse will light up when charging, and the indicator light will go out when fully charged.
