The steps to install the WIFI PLUG are as follows (Take the SM model for example）
- Insert the WIFI PLUG into the inverter four-core connector (The notch should be aligned）
- Tighten the nut clockwise (Note: The black nut should be rotated. The black shell should not be rotated directly）
Indicator light definition and general fault judgment
- PWR indicator light: This is the power indicator. The collector insert inverter light will always be on, which means the collector is normally energized. If the light is not on, check whether the inverter output interface has 5V voltage supply.
- COM indicator light: This is the indicator light for the collector to communicate with the inverter. The flickering light from the green light indicates that the communication is normal. (If there is no communication between the collector and the inverter on the two flashes; At this point, the inverter setting can be checked to see whether the baud rate is 9600 or whether the 485 address is 1)
- NET indicator light: This is the network indicator light. The flashing state of this light indicates that the network is normal. If it is flashing slowly all the time, the network cannot access the Internet.
- SRV indicator light: This lamp is always on to indicate that the collector communicates normally with the background monitoring system. The collector is in normal working condition

After the WIFI PLUG is plugged into the inverter, The COM Indicator light flashes for setting

To prepare an Android or iPhone that can be connected to the wireless network, the wifi configuration needs to first download the “ksolar 3.0” APP (please refer to the user manual 4.1 for the APP to download the APP).

Open APP and click wifi configuration, as shown in the figure below

Click “AP Device “to enter the WIFI connection page, select the WIFI name beginning with 11026 to connect it, and enter the password for the first connection, the password is 123456789; Return to the configuration page after successful connection. As shown in the figure below

After connecting the WIFI at the beginning of 11026, click “Select” at the router, select the WIFI at the user’s home router, and select the first option in the encryption method; Enter the wifi password of the user’s home at the wifi password of the router (note: the password is guaranteed to be correct) and click submit. After submitting, the setting will be prompted successfully; The following figure

After setting successfully, click “Refresh” at STA; If the collector is connected to the user’s WIFI, you will see that the status is COMPLETED and the IP address for surfing the Net has been obtained. In the case of SCANNING, it means the collector is not connected to the user’s WIFI. Check whether the user’s WIFI password is entered correctly
Registration and login
Tips: If you want to check the inverter status on the mobile APP, you should first download the APP, register your account through the APP and add the collector. If you want to view the inverter status on the website platform, you need to log in the website to register and add the collector

- Android and Apple users register and log in the same operation, take android users as an example.

Open the APP, click “Create account” to register “Enterprise Account ” or “Personal Account ” as required, and fill in the registration information as prompted (be sure to fill in the real information); The collector S/N is the 21-digit number on the collector bar code, otherwise the registration will fail. After the correct information is filled in, click “OK” (Note: after the enterprise account is registered successfully, it needs our company’s audit, and after the audit is approved, the account and password will be sent to the email address written during the registration) as shown in the figure below

Use the registered account and password to log in the APP (the following is an example of personal account). You need to add a power station to log in the APP for the first time, and fill in the power station information according to the prompts (note: Choose the time zone that corresponds to your country). The power station is added as shown in the figure below

After adding the power station, click the power station to enter, and then click “+” in the upper right corner to add the collector. Enter the collector SN manually or by scanning the code. The name of the collector is defined by itself, such as “Inverter No. 1”

When the enterprise account is logged in for the first time to add a power station, it is necessary to select an affiliated user, which is a personal account. At this time, an account should be created under the enterprise account first (this account can be logged in and used by the owner), and then an optional affiliated user item can be added when the power station is established. The follow-up operation after the establishment of the power station is consistent with the login operation of the previous personal account. The specific operation is shown in the figure below;
Log on to the website to register
Open Google or firefox on your computer and enter the url: 119.28.137.157 as shown in the figure below
Click “Register ” to register the enterprise account or personal account according to the needs (if you have already registered through APP, log in directly with the account), and fill in the information one by one when registering. Note: the serial number of the collector is wifi-plug’s 21-digit barcode; After the enterprise account is registered, it needs to be audited. After the audit is approved, the registered mailbox will receive emails.
After the completion of registration, you can log in the account (take the personal account as an example below). For the first time, you need to add a power station. After the power station is successfully added, you can add the collector to the power station, and then you can enter the power station to check the power generation information of the equipment. (Note: The data of the collector is uploaded every five minutes. If the data of the collector is not visible on the display line, it can be refreshed for 5-10 minutes before viewing) as shown in the figure below
After the addition operation is completed, click the added power station to enter the power station and check the power generation status of each equipment in the power station. You can also click a collector under the power station to view the details of the power generation of the individual equipment. As shown in the figure below
Enterprise account login

Corporate account much more than individual account set permissions management, business account to manage the end user, you can add the end user (personal account), enterprise bank account operation of the terminal can be assigned to the owner, the owner can log in the account to check the power generation equipment, and other equipment has no right to view the account; In this way, it is convenient for enterprise account to achieve hierarchical management

In the information column for the new power station, there is a choice for the owner of the power station.
The owner of the power station is the end user, so the first time to log in the enterprise account, you need to add a user, and the new power station will be added after the user is added. So there are plant owners to choose from. After the power station is added, the following operation is consistent with the manual 4.3.2 personal account login operation
- Registered accounts and passwords can be logged in at the same time on the APP and website, or on multiple devices.
