USER GUIDE

1.2 In case of power on, press Power Button for 3 seconds, you can switch moving mode between Straight Mode and Wall Mode.
Straight Mode| 2.1 In Straight Mode, the machine will keep moving straight until it hits a barrier.
2.2 Once the machine hits a barrier, the collision switch effects, then the machine will move as follows: Move backward at about 5cm -> First 90° turn -> Move forward at about 20cm -> Second 90° turn (at the same direction as the First 90° turn) -> Move straight forward until it hits a barrier, then repeat the above.
2.3 In case of ledge and only one infra-red sensor off the ground, the machine will move backward at about 5cm, and turn 90° away from the ledge, then move straight, then repeat the functions of 2.1 and 2.2.
3.3 In case of ledge and two or three infra-red sensors off the ground, the machine will stop.
Wall Mode| 3.1 In Wall Mode, first the machine will move straight until it hits a barrier.
3.2 Once the machine hits a barrier, the collision switch effects, then the machine will move along the wall like this: the driving wheel close to the barrier stops moving, the other driving wheel moves back at about 5cm, then the two driving wheels move forward until the machine hits another barrier, then repeat the above.
3.3 In case of ledge and only one infra-red sensor off the ground, the machine will move backward at about 5cm, and turn 90° away from the cliff, then move straight, then repeat the functions of 3.1 and 3.2.
3.4 In case of ledge and two or three infra-red sensors off the ground, the machine will stop.
Mode Switching| 4.1 In Straight Mode, if the collision switch has been effected for 6 times within 10 seconds, the machine will automatically switch to Wall Mode.
4.2 In normal operations, the machine will follow a cycle of 8 minutes of Straight Mode and then 5 minutes of Wall Mode, thus repeat and switch automatically.
4.3 In case of power on, press Power Button for 3 seconds, you can switch moving mode between Straight Mode and Wall Mode.

USER GUIDE

• Take off the packaging: Take the machine out of the packaging, get rid of the poly bags and the protection EPE strips in the slots of the anti-collision panels.
• Install the side brushes: Take the two side brushes from the packaging, fit the square hole of each brush base to each of the two square convex of the machine bottom and press it to position. After pressing, pull the brush slightly to check if the brush is easily pulled off the square convex, in which case the brush is not pressed to position and needs fixing again.
• Charging: Using the AC adapter with Type-C power cord provided along with the machine to charge the machine, also you can use the Type-C power cord of your mobile phone, make sure the output of the adapter plug is 5V/2A. Insert the Type-C into the charging inlet and the adapter plug into the local power outlet, the machine is under charging, the lights will start flashsing when need charging, and once the charging is completed, the lights will turn green.

Attention: Charging shall be done in room temperatue, overheating or overcooling may lead to longer charging time or even damage the battery.

• Mop: According to the actual need of cleaning, you can decide to use or not use the mop. If you decide to use mop, please first make the mop wet, but ensure no water dripping, then stick the white side of the mop to the magic stickers on the bottom panel.

Attention: Prevented the mop from hiding the suction port or touching the two driving wheels.

• Start using the machine: Put the machine on the floor with the wheels down to the ground, press ON/OFF button once to start the machine, the LED indicators turns green. If the LED indicators start flashing, it is low battery, please charge the machine fully before next cleaning. When the cleaning is completed, press ON/ OFF button again to stop the machine.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Cleaning the machine
  Before cleaning, make sure the power is off and the power cord for charging is taken off. Use clean water with a little neutral detergent to wet a clean cloth, twist it to a state of no water dripping, then use the wet cloth to clean the outer and inner surfaces of the machine. After cleaning, open the top panel to let the machine air dry.
  Attention: Do not use gasoline or corrosive liquid to clean the machine. Wet cloth with water dripping may lead to water leakage to the electrical compartment and damage the machine.

• Cleaning the dustbin and high performance filter
  1. Turn off the machine, open the top panel and take out the dustbin.
  2. Open the dustbin cover, take out the filter, empty the dustbin.
  3. Use wet cloth to clean or clean water to flush the dustbin and filter, then let the dustbin and filter air dry.
  Attention: Do not dry the dustbin and the filter under direct sunlight, since it will cause color change and embrittlement. Keep the transparent dust backstop well in position to avoid missing or damage.
  4. Assemble back the dustbin: Put the filter in the circle of the dustbin, make sure the face with letters “UPSIDE” is at the top, ensure the transparent dust backstop touch the slanting surface of the dustbin, then close the dustbin cover.

• Cleaning the side brushes
  1. Hold the base of the side brush and pull it outward.
  2. Clean the side brushes with wet cloth or flush it with clean water. If the side brushes are entangled with long hair or similar long fiber, please first cut the hair or fiber into small pieces by scissors and then cautiously get rid of them. Please do not pull the long hair or fiber hard directly, otherwise it may lead to pulling out the bristles.
  3. Let the side brushes air dry and then put it back in position.
  4. In case of curved bristle of side brushes, put the side brushes into a hot water of about 80°C for 15 seconds, the bristle will become straight, then air dry and put the brush back in position. Please do not put the side brush in hot water for too long to avoid deformation of the plastic parts.
  Remarks: Side brushes are comsumables, if the bristles are lost or broken a lot after a long period of use, please replace the brushes with new ones.

• Cleaning the driving wheels and the universal wheel
  Please clean the wheels each time after use to get rid of dirts or hairs.

• Cleaning the infra-red sensors
  Each time before using the machine, please clean the surface of the 3 infra- red sensors at the bottom of the machine using dry cloth so that the sensibility of the infra-red sensors will not be decreased by the dust.

PRECAUTIONS

Warning: Although this machine has anti-drop function, in order to prevent accident and protect the safety of the machine, the surrounding people and their property, it is prohibited to use this machine in high stairs and staircases.
Before first use, please read the safety precautions carefully. Please follow the safeguarding rules when using the machine, and keep this instruction manual at hand for reference. Any operation not complying with this manual may lead to the damage of the machine.

• This machine is intended for indoor use, please do not use it outdoors.
• This machine can only be charged using the adapter specified by this manual, and it may damage the machine to use other adapter to charge it.
• This machine has no user service part, only the authorized technician can detach this machine, so please do not detach the machine yourself.
• Please remove all articles off of the floor to be cleaned which may be easily damaged, for example, glass, bowls, cups, lights, etc., or may entangle the machine, for example: cable, wool, curtain, etc.
• In order to prevent from stumbling, please notify individuals within the cleaning area when in use.
• Please clean this machine in time after each use.
• Please do not use this machine in wet place like bath room.
• Please keep your hands dry when charging the machine to prevent from electric shock.
• Please keep the machine away from a burning cigarette or fire.
• Please do not put the machine under direct sunlight.
• Please do not use this machine to vacuum corrosive or sticking materials, for example, paint, glue, chemicals, etc.
• Please do not sit on the machine nor put heavy and sharp articles on top of the machine.
• Please do not put this machine at a high place such as table or chair where it may fall down and damage.
• This machine is not a toy and can not be played by children or animals.
• This machine operates in a temperature of -4°C~ 50°C, please do not use it at a very low or very high temperature.
• Please detach and collect the battery per local safety rules before scrapping the machine.
• This machine is not suitable for a disabled person.
• Please keep water or other liquid out of this machine.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

• Side brushes or driving wheels entangled: please clean the side brushes and wheels.
• Machine is hung off the ground: it is normal, since it is a kind of self- protection.
Keeps moving backward or stops moving forward| • Anti-collision panel is stuck: please remove the obstacle stuck in the slot of the anti-collision panel.
• Dirty Infra-red sensor surfaces: please clean the infra-red sensor surfaces.
Weak suction| Dustbin is full or filter is dirty: Please empty the dustbin and clean the filter.
Machine in Dilemma| The machine is entangled by cable, wool, curtain or carpet please remove the obstacles and re-use it.
Fail to recogize stairs| This machine can recognize most stairs with height above 5cm.
• Stairs with round transition or floor with strong sunlight will decrease the sensitivity of the infrared sensors. In this case, please add a frame or drop the curtain.
• The three infra-red sensors are dirty, please clean the surfaces of the sensors.
Side brushes or driving wheels stop running| Side brushes or driving wheels are entangled, please clean the side brushes or driving wheels and then use it again.
For other reasons, please contact our customer service.
Loud noise| This machine has a maximum noise level of 75dB. If the noise is higher than that, please contact our customer service.
