  1. SET UP & CUT
Protect your table with an old towel or tarp. Cut the plaster roll into strips. It’s okay if the strips are different shapes and sizes!

  2. WET & APPLY
Fill the recyclable plaster cup with warm water. Dip your plaster strips one at a time, and gently place the wet plaster onto the recycled plastic foam dome. Use your finger to flatten the plaster to form and smooth out any bubbles. Bye-bye bubbles!

  3. DRY
Set your jellyfish (the plaster-covered dome) out to dry. Take a break. This can take up to 24 hours. If it’s nice and sunny outside, set it in the sun to speed up the process.

  4. PAINT
While the plaster is drying, get out your wooden plaque, Whipped Cream paint, and paint tray. Add Whipped Cream paint and a splash of water to your paint tray and mix it. Use this watered-down paint on the wooden plaque to whitewash it. Once the plaster is completely dry, paint your jellyfish with the Sea Foam paint. Next, use the Midnight Black and Pinky Pinky paints to add texture and splatters.

  5. BRING TO LIFE
Once the paint has completely dried, cut out two small circles of the black felt and glue them to your jellyfish to create eyes. Use the wooden poking dowels to poke holes into the bottom of the jellyfish head. Poke one piece of string at a time into the jellyfish using the dowel. Lastly, attach your new jellyfish to its wooden plaque using the glue and find a good spot on your wall to hang it where you won’t get stung!
