Trouble Shooting
-
Scan Multiple Times – there are times where Rexch cards/stands will not scan on the first initial try. Scan as many times as possible until the Google review link pops up on screen.
-
Check your Byte Size – Your link will not upload to your card/stand if it’s over 1,000 bytes. If this is the case, you will need to make your link size smaller. You can do this by using a link shortening website such as https://bitly.com/ or others.
If this is the case, make sure you delete your old records and repeat steps 2-6. -
Erase Tag – Click “other” on the home page of the NFC Tools App and then click Erase Tag. Repeat steps 2-6 until you successfully upload link to card/stand.
