Product Usage Instructions
Clean and Care:
Disassemble and clean the product regularly. If the filter/aerator is
calcified, clean it with diluted household vinegar.
Troubleshooting:

CLEAN AND CARE
Limescale deposits
- Clean with a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap. Never use scouring powder, steel wool or a detergent that is calcium-dissolving, sour or contains alcohol or an abrasive. Rinse with water and dry/polish with a clean dry cloth.
- To remove larger limescale deposits – use diluted, ordinary white vinegar and rinse with water.
Cleaning nozzles of head and hand showers
Rub away limescale deposits with your hands.
Filter/aerator
- We recommend unscrewing the product’s filter/aerator and cleaning it now and then. If the filter/aerator is calcified – wash it with diluted, ordinary white vinegar.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn the thermostat from full cold to full hot from time to time.
- Check the temperature control on a regular basis, adjust if necessary according to the assembly instructions.
- Check the washers on a regular basis.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The water pressure is too low
Possible causes:
- Low pressure in the water pipes. – Check the water supply and make sure it works as it should.
- The filter/aerator is blocked or dirty. – Clean the filter, see above.
- The nozzle is blocked or dirty. – Clean the nozzle, see above.
The water temperature is lower/higher than the pre-set
Possible causes:
- The thermostat needs to be adjusted. – Follow the assembly instructions.
- The temperature of the water in the pipes is too low. – Check the temperature of the incoming water and adjust the hot water temperature according to the user’s instructions.
- The thermostat does not regulate the water temperature correctly. – The regulation of hot and cold water is not set correctly, see the assembly instructions. – Check and correct the temperature of the incoming water.
- The thermostat’s cartridge is defective or worn out. – Contact a qualified technician to replace the cartridge.
Leaking from joints between various components
Possible cause:
- The washers are not fixed in place correctly or are damaged. – Check that the washers are fixed in place correctly and according to the assembly instructions. – Replace damaged washers.
