The smartphone is equipped with a tray for SIM / eSIM / microSD cards, thanks to which you can use the phone in the following configurations:

  1. SIM 1 card + SIM 2 card + microSD card
  2. eSIM card + SIM 2 card + microSD card

eSIM is only supported by slot 1!
The smartphone supports eSIM technology. To take full advantage of it, you must additionally purchase a special card with nano eSIM from the manufacturer’s store. After purchasing the card, the first step is to break the nano eSIM card from the larger card. Then place it in slot 1 of the tray. The next step will be to launch and activate the eSIM card.
8.1 Starting and activating the eSIM card
An Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) is required to install the eSIM profile). Make sure your smartphone has a nano eSIM card in the appropriate slot.  Go to [Settings] and select [Network and Internet] > [Mobile Network] > [Add Card] from the menu list (if a regular SIM card is inserted, go to [eSIM]) to start the card installation. Activating the eSIM card involves downloading its profile by going through the
configuration.
If the SIM card is in the phone and already has an eSIM profile assigned by the carrier, the phone will automatically download and install this profile.
**** If adding a new eSIM card, remove the SIM card before configuration!
To set up a new eSIM profile, you will need to enter a special QR code you receive from your carrier, which you can scan with a QR code scanner or enter manually by going to the [Need help?] tab while scanning.
After scanning or entering the code, the card’s profile will download automatically.
Once the profile is downloaded, [Menu] > [Network and Internet] > [Mobile Network] > [Add Card] will show a tab with the name of the operator and eSIM signature, and a network coverage icon in the top status bar.
