Environmental protection description

Protective finger function
There is a clamp of protective finger function (large mode has protective
finger function, and small mode has no protective finger function). With hands
on the trigger, the other hand touches the clamp arm, and the controller will
make an alarm. Its protective finger function is realized through the
controller, induction trigger and clamp arm current loop. For example, if the
current is blocked or the operator wears gloves, this function will lose
efficacy.
Operating instructions
- Non-professional personnel should not operate
- Do not put your hand into the clamp while working
- Keep the rotating shaft lubricated when use
- Battery should be fully charged before use
- Install the lithium battery to the bottom of the clamp
- Press the power switch for 2 seconds, and press the trigger 2 times to wake up the pliers
- In normal operation, press the wrench clamp to close, open the trigger clamp to open, and press the trigger for 6 seconds to beep 2 voices to realize clamp size function conversion.
- Before working, press the trigger to close the clamp several times, check for normal and start working
- Shutdown: Long press the trigger for 6 seconds to switch to the small mode, press the trigger to close the pliers, and then press the power switch for 2 seconds, turn off
- Remove the battery: Press the button on the battery box and pull out the battery horizontally.
- The pliers do not work in the rain.
Battery Charging
- The battery is connected to the charger, and the charger plug is connected to the power socket.
- The LED indicator on the battery will turn RED during charging and turn GREEN when the battery is fully charged.
Cautions
- Before charging, please ensure the battery power switch is in the OFF position. During charging, it is normal for the charger and battery to be warm.
- If the battery is not used for a long period, it is recommended to charge the battery once every 3 months, which is to ensure the battery life is not affected by low usage.
- For a new battery or battery unused for a long time, it will need about 5 charge-discharge cycles before achieving the full capacity.
- Do not recharge a fully charged battery just after a few minutes of usage, which will reduce the battery’s lifespan and efficiency.
- Do not use a damaged battery and do not disassemble the charger or battery.
- Do not place the battery near a high-temperature heat source, as the battery may explode in fire or long exposure to a high-temperature heat source.
- Do not charge the battery in outdoor or humid environments.
- Do not use the label pliers during charging.
- Do not store the battery in a humid environment.
- Batteries should be placed out of reach of your children.
Startup steps
- Install the lithium battery to the bottom of the clamp
- Press the power switch for 2 seconds, and press the trigger 2 times to wake up the pliers.
(Function conversion)
- In normal operation, press the wrench clamp to close, open the trigger clamp to open, and press the trigger for 6 seconds to beep 2 voices to realize clamp size function conversion.
