Installation instruction

The intelligent battery monitor can achieve real-time monitoring of battery current, voltage, temperature, and capacity, and present information to users. Users can monitor battery information through mobile apps.

Battery negative connection

  1. Connect the negative battery terminal to the BATTERY ONLY side of the shunt
  2. The shunt is the first and only thing that should be connected to the battery-negative

System negative connection
Connect the negative DC electrical system terminal to the LOAD AND CHARGER side of the shunt

Power cable connection

  1. Connect one of the power cables to the battery-positive
  2. Push the other side into the b1 terminal on the shunt

Monitor connection
Connect the RJ12Utp cable between the shunt RJ12 terminal and the head unit RJ12 terminal

Monitoring the voltage of a second battery

  1. Connect the other power cable between the positive terminal of the second battery and the shunt Ba terminal
  2. Connect the negative terminal of the second battery to the LOAD AND CHANGER side of the shunt

Monitoring battery temperature

  1. Connect the temperature sensor to the positive battery terminal
  2. Connect the red wire to the B1 terminal
  3. Connect the black wire to the B2 terminal

BLE Connect

  1. For monitoring or changing settings
  2. Download the app
  3. Connect to the BMV Bluetooth

Operation Setting Instructions

Set the battery capacity :

  1. Long press the settings button to enter the settings menu bar
  2. +- Press the key to select setting options, Select battery capacity setting options
  3. use + and – to enter the value of the first digit
  4. Press select to go to the next digit
  5. Repeat until 4 digits have been entered
  6. Press select to store setting

Set the auxiliary input function

  1. Long press the settings button to enter the settings menu bar
  2. +- Press the key to select setting options, Select Aux input setting options
  3. Use + and – to choose to start temp or mid
  4. Press select
