KTM MOTOHALL
Just a few steps away from the very first factory owned by KTM’s founder, Hans
Trunkenpolz, lies the spectacular KTM Motohall. Completed in 2019, it took
three years to build the 9,600 m2 space made from exposed concrete, aluminum,
and terrazzo. The striking facade reflects what awaits in the action-packed
exhibition – the READY-TO-RACE spirit is embodied in every part of the museum.
The three floors of exhibits and the KTM Motohall Shop are accessible via
sloped walkways,
while the living workshop and event area can be reached in the elevator.
ACCESSIBILITY
The KTM Motohall’s special design enables easy access for older visitors and
people with disabilities. The building also has elevators
and restroom facilities. The floor of the entire exhibition space is gently
sloped, with a 4% incline throughout.

Our trained guides will show you around the three floors of exhibits, giving
you a look behind the scenes of KTM. Alternatively, you can discover the world
of KTM on a self-guided tour with an audio guide. A professional narrator
guides you through 17 stations of the KTM Motohall as you explore the
exhibition pieces and try out the interactive modules for yourself. Immerse
yourself in the exhibition at your own pace and listen as our explainers tell
you about the history, innovations, and technology showcased at each station.

The Tech Talk at the KTM Motohall offers all this and more! In the living
workshop, experienced KTM mechanics will share all the technical facts with
you – from the basic setting through safety – by demonstrating them on the
motorcycles.
A cutaway model of the KTM 1290 SUPER DUKE R is used to explain the design of
a bike and how it works. The basics of riding techniques, as well as
preparation for and follow-up of a ride, are also looked at in detail.
Whether you’re a keen motorcyclist yourself or you’re just interested in the
technology, the Tech Talk is guaranteed to give you a fascinating insight into
the technology and features of KTM motorcycles.
