Product Usage Instructions

Setting Up the Camera

1. Ensure SIM card is mounted properly and do not use other SIM cards if there is a pre-installed one.
2. Insert a memory card (TF card or SD card based on the model).
3. If the antenna is not pre-installed, screw it tightly.
4. Install 8 x 1.5V AA Alkaline or 1.5V Lithium batteries.
5. Toggle the switch to SETUP mode and wait for network connection success according to the 4G status icon.
6. If the 4G status icon is not visible, turn on cellular network on the camera’s setting menu by pressing the MENU key.
7. Touch Bind Application on the camera setting menu to scan the generated QR code for setup.

Important Notes

• About Batteries: Use recommended batteries for optimal performance and battery life. Remove batteries when not in use.
• About SD Card: Use a standard-size micro SDXC/SDHC memory card. Format the SD card in the camera before use.

TO ADD A CAMERA

• Step 1: Check if SiM card is mounted properly,DO NOT use other SlM cards if already has a pre-installed one, otherwise setup may fail.
• Step 2: Mount memory card(TF card or SD card according to different models)Step 3: Screw the antenna tightly if not-installed
• Step 4: install batteries( 8 1.5V AA Alkaline or 1.5V Lithium batteries)
• Step 5: Toggle the swith to SETUP mode,wait for network connection success according to the 4G status icon
• Step 6: Touch “Bind Application” on the camera setting menu to enter the QR code scanning page, then touch the”Next” button on the camera lens to scan the generated QR code, and adjust the distance to 15-25 CM until the scanning is successful.

IMPORTANT NOTE

About Batteries

• Require eight (8) 1.5V AA Alkaline or 1.5V Lithium batteries.
• We recommend the use of Energizer AA Lithium batteries in this camera to obtain maximum battery life.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix battery type.
• Rechargeable NiMH AA batteries can be used, but are NOT recommended as the lower voltage (generally 1.2V) they produce can cause night recording issues, and you also may have to replace them frequently.
• Remove batteries when the camera is NOT in use.

About SD Card

• Require a standard-size micro SDXC/SDHC memory card (max capacity 128GB, Class 10).
• Before use, please format your SD card in the camera in case your SD card may not work with your camera.
• Please gently remove the protective films on the front of the camera to get the best performance, especially the protective films attached to the PIR motion sensor may cause promotion detection performance, even no capture.

About APP 4G Connection
To get better performance, the camera must be installed in the range of 4G signal coverage, such as poor signal will lead to the failure to transfer image files, or the machine will increase power consumption due to prolonged connection time.
Note: Check the signal strength through the camera interface.

PARTS AND CONTROLS
The camera is equipped with 28pcs high-efficiency infrared LED, LED Indicators, Lenses, and PIR Sensors.
TIP: During use, if the black PIR Lens is dirty, it does not affect the performance. If you must clean it, please try to blow it off or pick out the dirt very lightly. Do not try to wipe it, which may cause more scratches. Due to the reliability design of the PIR lens, scratches do not reduce the PIR detection performance.

CAMERA OPERATION

Power/ Mode switch has 3 operational modes: “OFF”, “ON”, and “TEST”.

INSTALLATION

If you want to put the camera on the wall.

1. Mark the installation position with the help of the metal plate and make holes in the wall.
2. Put the white components in the holes.
3. Fix the Fixation Kit by following the picture.
4. Put the camera at the position you have chosen and fix the camera with screws.

If you want to put the camera on a tree.

1. Pass the Installation Belt through the support on the back of the camera. If the Belt is too long for the tree which you choose, there are 3 holes on each side the support, you could pass the Installation Belt through several holes to shorten the belt.
2. Put the camera on the bottom of the tree.
3. Go to the other side of the tree, pass the belt through the buckles by following the picture.
4. Adjust the position of the camera then tightens the belt.
5. If you afraid that the camera would fall, you could also use the Fixation Kit and the Installation Belt together to make sure that the camera is sturdily fixed on the right position.

1. The device is only designed for wildlife observation, hunting, and security monitoring. Do not use it for any other purpose.
2. Do not immerse the camera into water.
3. Do not disassemble the camera, please feel free to contact our customer service for help.
4. Do not use the different type of power source, it may result in fire or electric shock.
5. Always switch off the camera and remove the batteries after use.
6. Always disconnect the power supply during a thunderstorm/lightning.
7. Never subject the LCD display to heavy shocks, it may damage the screen and cause liquid leaking from inside. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water ASAP and seek immediate medical attention.

Helpful Tips

1. Place the device on an even surface or a stable stand. If you want to mount the camera on a tree trunk, install it using the premium-quality mounting hardware/ strap designed for this camera.
2. Operate the camera in a well-ventilated area.
3. To prevent damage, never subject the camera to heavy shocks and do not shake or drop it.
4. The device is not intended for use by children. Keep out of the reach of children.

Note:

1. Switch off the camera before inserting or removing the Micro SD Card. Do not insert or remove the SD card when the power switch is in the “ON” position.
2. Camera only operates after installing a Micro SD Card.

1. Cameras with bound cards do not support the use of self-inserted cards. 2. Need to be used within the coverage of 4G signal. Confirm whether the card is within the valid range. The SIM card of the camera is valid for 1 year. 3. Restart the machine or try to replace the new battery.
