NECESSARY INSTALLING

1. Ensure the firmness of installation area.
2. Install the device in a ventilative and adequate space.
3. Do not block the sprayer by hand or other obstructions when the device is working.
4. Do not spill water or conductive, corrosive liquid on the device surface or fall inside of the device.
5. Cut off the power in extreme weather environment.

ATTENTION

This diffuser is unique for using fragrance oil without mixing water.
For a better performance of the perfume in the environment, we recommend only using pure essences.

Accessories Instruction

Attention: Don’t over-screw the atomizer head to past the buckle on the essential oil bottle.

Operation Introduction

Attention: Please use a 5V/1A adapter

1. Turn On : Auto-start on after power on.
2. UI interface display when standby : Current weeks, time, work information, battery power display, Bluetooth connection status display.
3. Local time setting :
   Long press the ” SET ” button for five seconds to start the time setting; Press the “↑↓ “button to set the hour, press the ” SET ” button to confirm, Then enter the minute setting, press the ” j ! ” button to set the minute, press the ” SET ” button to confirm, then enter the week setting, press the “↑↓” button to select, press the ” SET ” button to confirm and end, the system automatically saves the current setting and finish the setting.

Battery power display:

• one cell power: battery power remaining 20%;
• two cells power: battery power remaining 40%;
• three cells power: battery power remaining 60%;
• four cells power: battery power remaining 80%;
• five cells power: battery power remaining 100%;
• when the battery power is lower than 5%, the device stops working.

Work time and Scent intensity setting

Five Working Programs:

(1) Press the ” MODE ” button for the first time to enter the first program work time  setting ( Event on 1) , press the ” SET” button to start the hour setting, press the “↑↓” button to set the hour, press the ” SET ” button to confirm; Enter the minute setting, press the “↑↓” button to set the minute, and press the ” SET ” button to confirm; Enter the day setting, press the”↓” button to select the work day, press the “↓” button to cancel the work day setting, Automatically save and finish the first program working time setting.
(2) Press the ” MODE ” button for the second time to enter the first program pause time setting (Event Off 1 ), press the ” SET ” button to start the hour setting, press the “↑↓” button to set the hour, press ” SET ” to confirm, enter the minute setting, press “↑↓” to set the minute ,Automatically save and finish the first program working time setting.
(3) Press the ” MODE ” button for the third time to enter the first program scent intensity adjustment (Scent Work), press the “↑↓” button to adjust the working seconds; the working seconds range is 5 to 30 seconds, press”↓” once to increase 1 second, press ” ↓ “once to decrease 1 second, the working seconds Setup is complete.
(4) Press the ” MODE ” button for the fourth time to enter the first program scent intensity pause adjustment (Scent Pause), the pause seconds range is 90 to 900 seconds, press the “↑↓” button to increase or decrease the pause frequency. Within 90-300 seconds. Press “↑↓” button once to adjust for 30 seconds; Within 300-500 seconds, press “↑↓” button once to adjust for 50 seconds; and within 500-900 seconds ,press “↑↓” button once to adjust for 100 seconds.
(5) For the remaining 4 program work time and scent intensity settings, repeat the above steps.

System reset:

Press and hold the ” MODE + SET ” button for 5 seconds to restore the device to the factory settings. The first program factory setting is 8.00am to 22.00pm, the scent frequency is 10-120 seconds, and the remaining four program setting are 00.00-00.00, and the scent frequency is 10-120 seconds.

Turn on/Turn off:

Press and hold the” MODE” button for 5 seconds in the power-on state to power off, the power-off prompt is the [OFF] icon flashing 3 times continuously. The screen does not display any pattern after shutdown.
In the off state, press and hold the ” MODE ” button for 5 seconds to turn it on, and the boot prompt is the [ON] icon flashing three times in a row.

APP operations and settings

To ease use machine ,it support use mobile phone to set the machine.

To start configuring the diffuser on phone, please scan QR code to download “Aroma Link” App.

App connection

First step, turn on the bluetooth function on your phone.

Second step, run our Aroma-Link app and choose bluetooth mode.

Then Click My Devices ,you will find the device name Smart.AO (Mobile should nearly to machine).

Third Step, Click this device and put the password 1234(default setting is 1234),the machine will be connected successfully.
Reference the pictures (Figure 1 to Figure 4)

View the working status and control the machine:

On the APP, you can check working time and pause time of the device, change the settings and turn on/off the device.

Work time Setting

Click “Set up” on the main interface to set working period, support to set five working periods in each day. After setting, please click “Save” to finish the setting. (Refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6).

Click “Set up” on the main interface to set the working frequency(Refer to Figures 7 and 8).

Rename device :
In order to manage multiple devices, the Bluetooth name of each device can be modified. For example, we can modify the device which put in the meeting room: ”
Meeting Room 01 “.
Modify method: Press the device name “Smart.A1 ” in the app (Refer to Figure9), then enter the name modification interface, after you rename the device. click “OK” to confirm the setting. (Refer to Figure 10).

Fault Inspection

No scents|

1. Check whether the device’s battery or powered on or not.
2. Check whether the pump is working or not and whether the nozzle is blocked or not.
3. Check whether the essential oil in the bottle is ran out or not and whether the pipe falls off or not.

Scents weak|

1. Oil leakage inside the machine: Check whether the essential oil bottle is tightened or not.
2. Oil leakage from the mist outlet: Check whether there are obstacle in the mist outlet hole.

Unusual noise|

1. Check pump whether fall out , and re-install the air pump.
2. Check whether the mist outlet is blocked by obstacle.
3. Check the pump whether is low airflow and low pressure.

Equipment warranty and attentions

1. All devices enjoy 12 months free maintenance (from the day of purchase).
2. Please provide the warranty card, invoice or other provident which can prove it ordered from our company to enjoy the free maintenance
3. The human error or other wrong operation cause the fault not belong to the scope of warranty. and will not be accepted to provide free maintenance.

Machine Maintenance

1. Please clean the equipment periodically, suggest 2-3 months in 1 circle, so that it can work under best condition.
2. Please cut off the power when cleaning, also do not use wet hand to operate it directly, in case of electric shock and injury.

Long-term non-use

1. Please turn off and cut off the power then roll up the power cord.
2. Clean the filter components.
3. Place the deodorant package which contains activated carbon in the device or package, to prevent residual substances in the equipment produce odor.
4. Please equip the machine with the dust cover, placed in the shade, ventilative place.
