USING INSTRUCTION

  1. Remove the skid plate. It can be unfastened and pulled down one side at a time to avoid complete removal.

  2. Install aluminium spacers into lower frame openings (side of the machine) with the smaller diameter going inside the chassis.
NOTE – on some machines, there may be some weld that has bled through during welding of the chassis that will need to be ground or sanded away, not common but it can be there.

  3. Loosely install the rear chassis strut into the rock slider with the 3/8” bolt and washer from the outside, use a 3/8” nut and washer on the backside. Do not tighten yet.

  4. Slide the rock slider strut into the mounting hole in the rear wheel well and flat against the aluminium spacers on the side of the machine, install the 4.5” Long 7/16” bolts with the smaller washer from the outside in through the chassis on all the side mounting locations aside from the passenger side rear mount.

  5. On the passenger side rear mount, you will use the 4” Long 7/16” bolt and small washer through from the outside, using the custom-made nut with integrated washer on the inside of the chassis, this is needed to have clearance to the fuel tank. DO NOT use a long bolt, it will hit the fuel tank. (see 2nd picture)

  6. Use the larger fender washer and flanged lock nut on the inside of the frame.

  7. Tighten all bolts using a 5/8” socket on the outside an 11/16” wrench on the inside for the side mounts and a 9/16” socket and wrench for the strut mount.

  8. Re-install the skid plate.
