IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE CONDITIONS BELOW, USE OF THE SAUNA IS NOT RECOMMENDED
WITHOUT YORU DOCTORS APPROVAL:
- You have skin diseases, burns or reddening.

- You require a heart defibrillator or use any other implantable devices.
- You have a heart disease or illness.
- You have broken bones.
- You have malignancy.

The SaunaSteam unit may become very hot. Place on a heat-resistant surface.

US & CA province customers: The sauna is designed to be plugged into a standard U.S. Type B (NEMA 5), 110- 120V electrical outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper
voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters. Use of the sauna in other countries with electrical transformers is at your own risk.UK/EU/UK/ & Other Non-US province customers: The sauna is designed to be plugged into 110-120V electrical outlet. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters. Use of the sauna in other countries with electrical transformers is at your own risk. -
Examine the product, cord, & controller before each use for signs of wear or damage. If improper operation, wear, or damage is observed, discontinue its use immediately, unplug it, and email HeatPod Customer Care at info@theheatpod.com.

Keep all dogs, cats, and other pets away from this product. This is electrical appliance that they can damage or be injured by.

Do not use this product with an infant, child, incapacitated or immobile person, paraplegic, or quadriplegic, a diabetic, anyone insensitive to heat, or anyone who cannot clearly understand the instructions and/or operate the controls.

Do not use in conjunction with another electrically heated product.

Do not tuck in, pinch, flex, or expose the wired area of the steam unit. Do not tuck in the supply cord or control in a sofa or other furniture. All portions of this product should be always visible.

Controller is not waterproof. Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Keep the controller away from drafty areas that may become damp or wet such as an open window.

Allow to cool before storing and do not crease by placing items on top of it. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.

Metal jewellery or other products may get hot when using the sauna.
READ BEFORE USE
BEFORE USE PLEASE:
- Review the entire manual.
- Review Safety Instructions
- Inspect the surface and inside of the sauna for wear and tear, the SaunaSteam unit and cord for fraying, and do not use if either is present.
DO NOT PUT essential oils inside the SaunaSteam unit as it will cause damage
WHERE DO I USE IT?
- The HeatPod can be used both indoors and outdoors. If you use it outdoors, we recommend having an appropriate cover such as a canopy, balcony, tarp, etc.
- The HeatPod is NOT WEATHERPROOF – Leaving the HeatPod outdoors for a long period can cause cosmetic damage to the sauna
WHAT DO I WEAR?
- The HeatPod team recommends nude with a bath towel to absorb sweat.
- If you choose to wear clothing, we recommend wearing either something comfortable made of cotton or swim attire.
- It is recommended to bring a hand towel inside the sauna to absorb sweat.
DURING USE:
- IMPORTANT To begin, start at level 1-5 and slowly increase to level 6 or 7. Level 7 should ONLY be used if sweating cannot be achieved on lower levels.
- Do not exceed 60 minutes inside the sauna.
- The controller is not waterproof – do not bring inside the sauna.
- DO NOT open the lid while the steamer is in operation and always allow the steamer to cool before cleaning or touching.
- DO NOT touch the SaunaSteam unit or the steam dispenser during or after use. They are extremely hot.
- NEVER move the steamer while it contains hot liquids.
AFTER USE:
- Keep unit always unplugged when not in use and before cleaning
Getting Started: Installation Instructions

Each piece of the frame is labelled accordingly. Please lay all pieces out on the floor.

We recommend starting with the bottom base first.

Once the bottom of the frame is securely constructed, start by fully unzipping the frame cover.

Place the bottom of the frame inside the bottom of the frame cover.

Once the frame is securely inside the bottom of the cover, finish building the rest of the frame.

Apply medium force if needed to push poles into each tee for a secure fit. You can also refer to the diagram to ensure the poles and tees are in the correct locations.

Fit the cover to the frame: Begin zipping up each side to wrap it around the frame.

Please note, sometimes the zippers get stuck on the inside of the frame, so be cautious when zipping it up.

Next assemble the steam distributer (refer to image above): Attach the LONGER tube to the steam distributer. Then, screw the connector into the tent. Attach the tube to the connector.

Assemble the SaunaSteam unit: Attach the SHORTER tube to the output hole on the lid. Then, attached the end of the tube to the SaunaSteam connector. Once fully setup and you are ready to use the HeatPod, plug the SaunaSteam unit into a 110V outlet.

Insert Absorbent Mat: it should fit snug on the bottom of the sauna.

Assemble Chair

Remove the lid by turning it counter-clockwise

Fill roughly 4 Litres of distilled or filtered water inside the stainless-steel heating chamber. DO NOT put essential oils into the chamber (Refer to page 20 for essential oil use)

Turn on SaunaSteam unit by pressing the on/off button.

Adjust Heat Level: To begin, start at level 1-5 and slowly increase to level 6 or 7. Level 7 should ONLY be used if sweating cannot be achieved on lower levels.

Adjust Duration: We recommend starting at 20-45min. You can adjust the time and heat at any time by pressing the “+” or”-” buttons

Make sure the door is fully shut and zippers are closed.

Please allow 10-15 minutes for the HeatPod to heat up and start producing steam.

Once the inside of the HeatPod is at your desired temperature, open the door and sit inside to enjoy endless relaxation and rejuvenation.

- Once you have completed your session, exit the sauna.
- Always unplug the SaunaSteam unit from the wall after use.
- For sanitary reasons, we recommend you clean the sauna between each session (Refer to next page for cleaning instructions)
- CAUTION: After use, the SaunaSteam unit and the steam output box will be extremely hot.
- Leave the HeatPod door open to air out completely
Maintaining your HeatPod: Cleaning Your Kit
WE SUGGEST CLEANING THE SAUNA AND STEAM UNIT IN BETWEEN EACH USE TO KEEP YOUR
KIT IN THE BEST CONDITION.
SUGGESTED CLEANING TIPS:
- First, allow the steam generator to cool down completely before cleaning the inner compartment.
- To keep the steamer in optimal condition, clean the inner generator after each use.
- Please wipe the steam generator with wet cloth in order to keep it clean.
- Use a cloth or towel to absorb any sweat or water vapor left behind inside the tent to prevent liquid buildup.
- Only use a non-toxic gentle soap or non-toxic cleaning wipe.
- Do not use corrosive cleaner or any toxic chemicals that could pose harm when the kit is in use.
- Machine wash the absorbent floor mat (or towel being used as floor mat) after each use.
- Leave tent door open to allow air into the sauna after use.
- Depending on your local climate and if your chair was not covered while in use, leave the chair outside of the tent to air out.
STORAGE AND USAGE:
- Allow time for the steam unit to cool after use, ensuring it is off before unplugging from power.
- Ensure the sauna is completely dry before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- The sauna tent is not designed to be left outdoors with no coverage.
- Do not machine wash or dry clean the sauna tent – only the absorbent mat and towel provided are intended for machine wash.
- Do not place any objects on top of the sauna tent or steamer.
Leave unplugged when not in use and ensure no electronics are near water.
How To Use Essential Oils
- Open up the top of the Steam Dispenser found inside of the Sauna Box. Do not put essential oils in SaunaSteam chamber.
- CAUTION: Do not touch dispenser if sauna is in use or after sauna use.
EXTREMELY HOT.
- Place 4-10 drops of an essential oil of your preference inside the steam dispenser.
- Clean out steam dispenser after each use.
- Enjoy!

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects,
technical malfunctions, or minor wear
from aging for the following components of the HeatPod: the SaunaSteam
unit, heat-insulated frame cover, fiberglass frame, bottom sweat mat, and
chair.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty will be void if the customer does not
strictly follow the instructional manual provided with the HeatPod. It is
crucial to thoroughly read and follow the instruction manual to ensure proper
usage and maintenance. Failure to do so may prevent the customer from availing
the 2- year warranty.
The warranty will also be void if any of the above-mentioned components are
broken or damaged due to mishandling, improper usage, or failure to read and
adhere to the full instruction manual.
Warranty Claims : To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide
proof of purchase and notify HeatPod within the warranty period. Please
contact our customer support team through
info@theheatpod.com to initiate the warranty claim
process.
If a covered component is found to have a manufacturing defect or technical
malfunction, we will either repair or replace the affected part, at our
discretion, free of charge.
Limitations: Please note that our warranty does not cover damages
resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, alterations,
unauthorized repairs, or any damages caused by factors beyond our control. Our
warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the
HeatPod.

INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
