WARNING BEFORE INSTALLING, REMOVING, OR CLEANING THE VACUUM CLEANER FILTER, ENSURE THAT THE POWER CORD IS SWITCHED OFF AND UNPLUGGED.

  1. For wet vacuuming, release the locking latch and remove the cartridge filter and paper dust bag/plastic disposal bag used for dry vacuuming. Carefully install the foam filter over the internal filter cage to make sure the whole cage is covered.
  2. Turn the vacuum on by pressing the switch to the “I” ON mode.
  3. Remember to press the switch to the “O” OFF mode after wet vacuuming.
  4. After wet application, to empty the tank, unscrew the cap on the drain plug and let the dirty water out.
  5. Remember to empty the tank and put the cap back on the drain plug after emptying.
  • The foam filter must be removed after wet vacuuming, and a cartridge filter must be installed before dry vacuuming again.

IMPORTANT!

  • When vacuuming large quantities of liquids, do not immerse the nozzle completely in the liquid; leave a gap at the tip of the nozzle opening to allow air inflow.
  • The machine is fitted with a float valve that stops the suction action when the container reaches its maximum capacity. You will notice an increase in the pitch of motor sound.
  • When this happens, turn off the machine, disconnect from the power supply, and drain the liquid into a suitable receptacle or drain.
  • To continue vacuuming, refit the container with the drain cap. After wet vacuuming, turn the machine off and remove the plug from the power supply.
  • Empty the container, and clean and dry the inside and outside before storage.

FILTER AND BAG RECOMMENDATION

IMPORTANT!

  • The filter needs to be maintained regularly and the dust bag needs to be emptied.
  • Follow the instructions on how to empty dust bags for WD dust and M Class Dust.

SELF-CLEANING FILTER SYSTEM

  • The Self-Cleaning function should be used regularly. How often Self-cleaning needs to be carried out will depend on the type and quantity of dust that has been vacuumed.
  • A clogged filter can trigger airflow reduction and cause a decrease in suction power.
  • When airflow starts to reduce during operation, the LED indicator next to the self-clean button will flash red, meanwhile, the suction power diminishes.
  • To recover the suction power and airflow, please follow the self-cleaning filter system procedures below.
  • Ensure the hose is connected to the vacuum cleaner to allow the system to work.
  • Press the ON/OFF switch to the “I” position.
  • Turn the airflow speed control to the MAX position.
  • Insert the air regulator tube into the filter self-cleaning button and press it up and down 3 to 4 times.
  • Repeat the process at least 2 to 3 times.
  • IMPORTANT! This is the only recommended cleaning procedure for the M Class application. When the filter is not effective after self-cleaning, it will need to be replaced.

CLEANING AND CHANGING HEPA CARTRIDGE FILTER

  • IMPORTANT! The HEPA filter supplied is washable. It is recommended to wash the cartridge filter after the M class application.
  • WARNING ALWAYS USE A P2-RESPIRATOR AND DISPOSABLE GLOVES WHEN REMOVING AND CLEANING THE CARTRIDGE FILTER AFTER VACUUMING HAZARDOUS SPECKS OF DUST.
  • AVOID CLEANING IN WINDY ENVIRONMENTS
  • Remove the cartridge filter by twisting the cap off the filter cage.
  • Gently tap or brush the dirt from the filter into a separate disposable garbage bag.
  • Rinse the filter with clean running water. Ensure the filter is 100% dry before reuse.
  • If the LED Indicator still flashes after cleaning, the filter needs to be replaced.

IMPORTANT!

  • After each wash of the HEPA cartridge filter, wait until it is completely dry before reusing it with the vacuum.
  • We recommend always having a spare filter (not supplied) on hand to replace in case urgent use is needed.

Cleaning Foam Filter (only for wet application)

  • Carefully remove the foam filter from the filter cage.
  • Use a mild soap and water solution to wash the foam filter rinse with clean water, and air dry before the next use.
