Q: How can I clean the air fryer?

INTRODUCTION

This air fryer provides an easy and healthy way of preparing your favorite ingredients. By using hot rapid air circulation and a grilling technique, it is able to make numerous dishes. The best part is that the air fryer heats food from all directions and most of the ingredients do not need any oil.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions carefully and thoroughly before using the device, as hazards may occur when used as unexpected. Keep this guide safe.

  1. Safety instructions.
  2. Never immerse water where the electrical and heating elements are located. Do not rinse under tap water.
  3. Avoid liquids entering the equipment to avoid electric shock or short circuit.
  4. Make sure that all ingredients are always in the basket to avoid contact with the heating element.
  5. Do not cover the air inlet and air outlet when the equipment is working.
  6. Filling the drawer with oil can cause a fire hazard.
  7. Do not touch the inside of the device while it is running.
  8. Check that the voltage specified on the device matches the local primary voltage. If the plug, power cord, or other components are damaged, Do not use the device.
  9. If the plug, power cord, or other components are damaged, the device cannot be used.
  10. Do not contact an unauthorized person to replace or repair a damaged main cable.

BE CAREFUL

  • The device takes approximately 30 minutes to cool down to safely clean or touch it.

TURN OFF AUTOMATICALLY

The device has a built-in timer and automatically shuts down after the countdown ends. You can manually turn off the device by pressing the timer button that appears to zero or by pressing the cancel button once. In both cases, the device automatically shuts down within 20 seconds.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers or labels.
  2. Clean the basket with hot water, detergent and non-abrasive sponges.
  3. Wipe the inside and outside with a dish cloth.
  4. As the equipment is used with hot air and there is no need to fill with oil or fry fat in the drawer.

USE THE DEVICE

  1. Place the equipment on a stable, horizontal and flat surface.

  2. Carefully pull the grill rack out of the air fryer and keep the basket in the drawer instead of filling the drawer with other ingredients.

  3. Put the ingredients in the basket and slide the basket back into the device.

  4. Turn on the device and press the power button. Then select the desired preset, temperature, and time, and press the START button. The control panel shows the set temperature and then the time begins to count down.
    NOTE: there are 10 cooking programs available: chips, bread, drumsticks, chicken, sausage, pizza, fish, shrimp, steak, bacon. The food symbols allow you to select presets directly. With the right buttons, you can set more flexible times and temperatures. There are time and temperature control buttons on the control panel, which can be used to adjust the time and temperature settings.   5. The heating icon and the blower icon will flash during operation.

  6. Some ingredients need to be shaken during preparation, if you need to shake food, after cooking half time ,then pull the basket out and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
    NOTE:
    If the basket is removed during operation, the device will automatically turn off.
    If the basket is pushed back to the device, the operation will continue for the remaining time and at the selected temperature.
    If you press the on/off icon power after removing the basket, the device will not continue to work after sliding back and must be restarted: reset the settings to the default settings.
    After the time has passed, the heating element stops working, but the fan continues to operate for about 20 seconds, blowing away hot air for safety reasons. The end of this process will indicate three beeps set by the time. Remove the basket from the device and place it on the heat pad. Check that the ingredients are ready.
    NOTE: if the ingredients are not ready, simply slide the basket back into the device. Press the temperature slider to adjust the temperature setting and the timer slider to adjust the time setting.
    NOTE: don’t turn the basket over. The oil that accumulates at the bottom of the basket/grill rack drips onto the ingredients.

  7. Pour the food into a bowl or plate.
    TIP: to remove large or fragile ingredients, remove the ingredients from the basket with a fork or tongs (not included).

  8. When one batch of ingredients is ready, the fryer is immediately able to prepare another batch.
    This table will help you select the basic settings for ingredients. NOTE: keep in mind that these settings are indications. As ingredients differ in origin, size, shape and brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients. Since rapid air technology immediately reheats the air inside the device, pulling the basket from the device will not interfere with the entire process.

SUGGESTION

  • Small ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
  • A large number of ingredients require only a slightly longer preparation time. Small amounts of ingredients require only a slightly shorter preparation time.
  • Shaking smaller ingredients during preparation optimizes results and helps to prevent uneven frying.
  • Add some oil to the fresh potatoes and fry for a few minutes for crispy results.
  • Do not prepare very high-fat ingredients, such as sausages, in air fryer.
  • Snacks prepared in the oven can also be prepared in an air fryer.
  • Get snacks quickly and easily with pre-fabricated dough.
  • Prefabricated dough also requires less preparation time than homemade dough.
  • If you want to bake a cake or cookie, place the baking tray or casserole dish in the frying basket, then fill it with ingredients and cook it.
  • You can also use the air fryer to heat the ingredients. To heat the ingredients, set the temperature to 150ºC for up to 10 minutes.

CLEANING

Do not clean baskets and appliances with metal kitchen utensils or abrasive detergents after each use, as this can damage non-stick coatings.

  1. Unplug the socket and let the device cool down completely.
  2. Make sure all components are clean and dry.
