Product Features

  1. Built-in magnets and wireless charging transmitter coils; placing DuoMon 3 or a magnetic phone will automatically attract and initiate wireless charging.
  2. Standby Mode: After three cycles of the color marquee, the green LED indicator stays on continuously, indicating that the device has entered standby mode.

How to Pair DuoMon 3 with Your Phone for the First Time

  1. Ensure that the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on. Turn on the DuoMon 3 switch, and the 1P and 2P status lights will flash green a few times, indicating standby mode and waiting for the connection.
  2. Enter the Pokemon Go game, click on ‘Main Menu,’ select ‘Settings,’ choose the Connected Devices & Services, and click on ‘Accessory Devices.’
  3. Then you will see the available device ‘Pokemon Go Plus listed below. DuoMon 3 will flash green when it’s not connected to any phone. Please press the DuoMon 3 device button (1P/2P) that you wish to connect. One of the available device centers on the phone will have a green light flashing. Click on it to start pairing and connecting with the button.
  4. After a successful connection, the LED indicator on DuoMon 3 will flash purple, and the available device on the phone will remain lit as shown in the pictures.
    • Note: For the initial pairing, please do not pair from the Bluetooth list in the phone settings. Please initiate the pairing process from within the game.
  5. If DuoMon 3 was previously successfully paired with the phone but has lost its signal connection, the LED will flash green. Simply press the Poke Ball icon in the top right corner of the map, and you can reconnect with DuoMon 3.

Download MEGACOM Center

  • Download the MEGACOM CENTER APP from the store
  • Turn on the MEGACOM CENTER APP, and press any button on DuoMon 3 for the APP to detect.
  • Once detected, click on DuoMon 3 in the APP to initiate device pairing and connection.
  • Click on More Settings to view the current firmware version and confirm whether you want to proceed with the update.

DuoMon 3 button menu and indicator lights

1P and 2P need to be set separately.

  1. Blue: Quantity Statistics
    • When pressed on the blue light menu, it will broadcast the number of Pokemon caught and the number of PokeStops spun by DuoMon 3 within the last 24 hours.
    • Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to reset the statistics for both Pokemon and PokeStops.
  2. Yellow: Volume settings
    • When pressed to the yellow light menu, it will broadcast the current volume level setting.
    • Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to adjust the volume:
    • Volume Up> Sound Off > Volume Down.
    • When sound is turned off, menu sounds will be broadcasted at a lower volume.
  3. Green/Purple: Connection Status
    • This menu indicator light can determine the connection status of the button: Green: Not connected Purple: Connected
    • Sleep Mode: Long-press this menu button until the red light flashes, and the button will enter sleep mode.
    • In sleep mode, the button will not be detected by the mobile phone.
    • Sleep mode is indicated by a red light.
    • Restore to Default Settings: Simultaneously press the 1P and 2P buttons until the green light flashes three times,
    • Adjustments to other settings, including vibration and language version changes, can be made within the MEGACOM Center.

Additional Instructions

  1. If your item bag is full and unable to spin PokeStops, please temporarily disable the “Nearby PokeStops” notification in the GO Plus settings.
  2. If you are out of Red Balls and unable to catch Pokemon, you can temporarily disable the “Nearby Pokemon” notification in the GO Plus settings.
  • DuoMon 3 features a one-touch reconnect function and is equipped with a power-saving mechanism.
  • According to the game rules, the Pokemon GO app will automatically disconnect from DuoMon 3 for approximately an hour.
  • If the reconnection is not initiated within 3 minutes after disconnection, DuoMon 3 will enter power-saving mode, and the LED light will stop flashing. Simply press the Poke Ball icon in the top right corner of the map to reconnect with DuoMon 3.
  • PS P.S. To extend usage time, it is recommended to either turn off the power or set the button to sleep mode.

Low Battery

  • When the battery level is too low, DuoMon 3 will broadcast a low battery alert with flashing dual red lights.
  • The alert broadcast will intermittently play for half an hour before stopping. Simply press the button at any time to stop the alarm, but the dual red lights will keep flashing.

  • Compatible with devices featuring 2GB or more RAM. Compatible with iPhone 7 or later devices with iOS version 14 or higher, and Android devices with an OS version 8 or higher.
