BATTERY INSTALLATION
First, open the battery cover, put on AA 1.5V dry battery according to the battery box logo on the positive and negative electrodes placed in the battery compartment, and then cover the battery compartment lid. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product. The supply terminals are not to be short- circuited. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Do not mix old and new batteries.
