Product Usage Instructions

Overview:
The LAVA Guitar is a versatile musical instrument designed for playing music.

Setup:

1. Place the guitar strap over your shoulder.
2. Tune the guitar strings using a tuner.
3. Connect the guitar to an amplifier if needed.

Playing:
Hold the guitar neck with your non-dominant hand and strum the strings with your dominant hand to produce sound.

Maintenance:
Regularly clean the guitar with a soft cloth and check for any loose strings or parts that may need tightening.

• Power On/Off
  Press and hold the right button for 3 seconds to power on/off.

• Volume Adjustment
  Rotate the right button left or right to adjust the overall volume.

• Factory Reset

  • After lowering the volume to minimum, long press to power off.
  • Double-click when the indicator light is breathing.

• Tone Wheel

  • Blend the mix of acoustic or magnetic pickup tone.
  • Rotate left for a traditional acoustic tone, right for a magnetic pickup tone.

• Force Shutdown

  • Lightly press the hidden reset button with a slender object.
  • Press lightly to safely perform a forced shutdown.

  Single-click the right button to switch to the next effects chain.

• Previous Effects Chain

  • Double-click the right button to switch to the previous effects chain.
  • LAVA ME air can have five effects chains preset simultaneously.
  • You can customize your own effects chains using the “LAVA+” app.

• Effect Parameter Adjustment

  • Rotate the left two buttons left or right to adjust the parameters of the effects chain.
  • When activating different effects chains, parameters adjusted by the left two knobs vary. You can freely define them using the “LAVA+” app.

• Warranty Period
  LAVA MUSIC provides a warranty for the materials and workmanship of hardware products and accessories in the package, with a term of one year from the date of initial retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

• Services
  Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by accidents or improper use are not covered by LAVA MUSIC’s warranty. To reach our customer service, please contact us at service@lavamusic.com for detailed information and terms. The services provided depend on the country or region where they are requested from. It is possible that services are available only in the country or region of initial purchase. According to the location, international shipping may cause extra costs.

• Repairs
  When you raise a valid service request within the warranty period, LAVA MUSIC will decide at its own discretion whether to repair, replace, or offer a refund for your product. Warranty benefits are supplemented to the rights provided by local consumer protection laws. In accordance with the provisions of the warranty, proof of purchase may be required when claiming.

• Maintenance
  To avoid damage caused by improper handling, never disassemble the preamp or the guitar body without professional assistance. If the preamp or the body malfunctions or is damaged, please contact LAVA MUSIC or an authorized dealer. Repairs made by a service provider other than LAVA MUSIC or authorized dealers may affect the safety and functionality of the device as the guitar body and the preamp may not be handled well. You can find more information about repairs and services on LAVA MUSIC’s official website.

• Battery and Electronic Components
  Never try to replace the lithium-ion battery in the preamp on your own without professional assistance. The lithium-ion battery in the preamp shall be replaced by LAVA MUSIC or an authorized dealer. Improper replacements or maintenance may damage the battery, resulting in overheating and damage. Since the preamp contains highly sensitive electronic components, please keep it in an environment of -20°C~45°C, and operate it within 0°C~40°C. To avoid damage, never drop, burn, step on, or have it come into contact with highly concentrated industrial chemicals.

• Charging
  When charging LAVA ME with a Space Charging Dock, please place it correctly in the slot. When charging with a cable and an adapter, please use adapters that comply with the applicable international, national and regional laws, regulations, and safety standards.
