COLEMAN POWERSPORTS LIMITED WARRANTY
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS WARRANTY THE PART: 1. Must have been purchased from
Coleman Powersports or from an authorized Coleman Powersports Retailer. 2.
Must have been used in a manner consistent with the intended use for the
vehicle which is used in competition or used in a manner no consistent with
the intended use for the vehicle which would also include rental or commercial
use.
WHO CAN PERFORM REPAIRS UNDER THIS WARRANTY? Repairs under this warranty
should be performed by an authorized Coleman Powersports Retailer or
comparable servicing dealer.
HOW TO GET SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY? To get warranty service contact
Coleman Powersports by visiting www.champmoto.com or call
888-405-8725 for the location of your
local servicing retailer/ dealer. Please do not return the product to the
retailer where the product was purchased unless instructed to do so by Coleman
Powersports. The retailer of this product does not make any warranty on behalf
of Coleman Powersports without the approval of Coleman Powersports. A COPY OF
YOUR VEHICLE SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. WHAT THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage due to lack or improper maintenance as described in this manual. 2.
Damage which is caused by normal use and not caused by a defect in materials
or workmanship. 3. Use of the product which is not consistent with the
intended use as described in the operating instructions. 4. Any expendable
maintenance items which needs replacement or service as normal maintenance
requires unless these normal
maintenance items become defective prior to their normal life due to a
material defect or a defect in workmanship. 5. Any product which has been
altered or modified in a manner not consistent with the original design of the
product or in a manner
not approved by Coleman Powersports. 6. Tires 7. Damage or failure due to
abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product.

LIMITATIONS OF THIS WARRANTY: This warranty does not cover and Coleman
Powersports disclaims any responsibility for: Any implied warranties are
limited to the duration set forth in this warranty. Coleman Powersports does
not make any claim as to the merchantability of fitness for a particular
purpose which would extend longer than the duration of this written warranty.
Check your State laws as some State laws do not allow limitations as to the
duration of an implied warranty. Some States may also not allow limitation or
exclusions based on incidental or consequential damages.

EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY
Below is the emission control warranty printed in the owner’s manual, the copy
of the owner’s manual is available upon your request. YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND
OBLIGATIONS The California Air Resources Board, the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, and Tao Motor Inc. (hereinafter “Tao Motor”) are pleased to
explain the emission control system warranty on your 2023 Model Year ATV. New
vehicle must be designed, built and equipped to meet U.S. EPA Federal and
California emission standards over the full useful life of 10,000 km or 60
months, whichever comes first.
Tao Motor must warrant the emission control system on your vehicle for 5,000
km or for 30 months, whichever comes first, provided that there has been no
abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of your vehicle.
Your emission control system may include parts such as the carburetor or fuel
injection system, the ignition system, catalytic converter and engine
computer, if it is equipped.
Also included may be hoses, belts, connectors and other emission-related
assemblies.
Where a warrantable condition exists, Tao Motor will repair your vehicle at no
cost to you, including diagnosis, parts and labor. If an emission-related part
on your vehicle is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by Tao
Motor. This is your emission control system defects warranty.
NOTICE! Use of any Tao Motor vehicles in any type of competitive event
completely and absolutely voids this and all other warranties offers by Tao
Motor.

OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITES As the vehicle owner, you are responsible for
the performance of the required maintenance listed in your owner’s manual. Tao
Motor recommends that you retain all receipts covering maintenance on your
vehicle, but Tao Motor cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or
for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
You are responsible for presenting your vehicle to the Tao Motor’s dealer as
soon as a problem exists. The warranty repairs should be completed in a
reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days. As the vehicle owner, you
should be aware that Tao Motor may deny your warranty coverage if your vehicle
or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved
modifications.
If you use your vehicle in any type of sanctioned competitive event, this
warranty is immediately and completely void.
If you have any questions regarding your warranty rights and responsibilities,

registered highway vehicles only) the California Air Resources Board at
P.O.Box 8001, 9528 Telstar Avenue, El Monte, CA 91731-8001.
Tao Motor warrants that each new 2019 and later Tao Motor’s Dirt Vehicle: A.
is designed, built and equipped so as to conform at the time of initial retail
purchase with all applicable regulations of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency, and the California Air Resources Board; and B. is free from
defects in material and workmanship which cause such vehicle to fail to
conform with applicable regulations of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency or the California Air Resources Board for the periods
specified above I. Coverage. Warranty defects shall be remedied during
customary business hours at any authorized Tao Motor’s dealer located within
the United States of America in compliance with the Clean Air Act and
applicable regulations of the United States. Environmental Protection Agency
and the California Air Resources Board. Any part or parts replaced under this
warranty shall become the property of Tao Motor. II. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY
SERVICE All Tao Motor Inc. dealers must warranty emission control system
components free of charge to end users. This includes parts and labor. All
fees associated with this repair will be reimbursed by Tao Motor Inc. Please
check Tao Motor Inc. website (www.taomotor.com) for the latest news on any
recalls, updates to relevant regulations. If recall is issued Tao Motor Inc,
will notify all dealers and registered owners via E-Mail or letters by mail.
The notifications will instruct the end user where to take the unit for repair
and what parts will be changed. All the repairs will be done free of charge to
the customer.

You must take your Tao Motor Vehicle, along with your sales receipt or other
proof of original purchase date, at your expense, to any Tao Motor dealer who
is authorized by Tao Motor to sell and service that Tao Motor product during
his normal business hours. Claims for repair or adjustment found to be caused
solely by defects in material or workmanship will not be denied because the
vehicle was not properly maintained and used.

service@taomotor.com. If no Tao Motor Inc. dealers or contracted service shop
is available in your area, repairs may be performed at any available service
establishment, or by any individual, using any replacement part. The
manufacturer will reimburse the owner for the expenses, including diagnostic
charges by filling out”Emission Control System Warranty Reimbursement Form”
downloadable at www.taomotor.com under Warranty Section. In order to receive
compensation, the owner may reasonably be required to keep receipts and failed
parts and send to Tao Motor Inc.,2201 Luna Road, Carrollton, TX, 75006 or
e-mail to service@taomotor.com
If you are unable to obtain warranty service, or are dissatisfied with the
warranty service you received, contact the owner of the dealership involved.
Normall this should resolve your problem. However, if you require further
assistance, write or call the Tao Motor Inc. Customer Service Department.
I. Limitations This Emission Control System Warranty shall not cover any of
the following: A. Repair or replacement as a result of 1. accident, 2. misuse,
3. repairs improperly performed or replacements improperly installed, 4. use
of replacement parts or accessories not conforming to Tao Motor’s
specifications which adversely affect performance and/or 5. use in competitive
racing or related events. B. Inspections, replacement of parts and other
services and adjustments required for required maintenance. C. Any vehicle
equipped with an odometer or hour meter on which the odometer mileage or hour
meter has been changed so that actual mileage cannot be readily determined.
II. Limited Liability A. The liability of Tao Motor under this emission
control system warranty is limited solely to the remedying of defects in
material or workmanship by an authorized Tao Motor’s dealer at its place of
business during customary business hours. This warranty does not cover
inconvenience or loss of used of the vehicle or transportation of the vehicle
to or from the Tao Motor’s dealer. Tao Motor shall not be liable for any other
expenses, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or
exemplary arising in connection with the sale or use of or inability to use
the vehicle for any purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of any incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.

B. No expression emission control system warranty is given by us except as
specifically set forth herein. Any emission control system warranty implied by
law, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness or a particular
purpose, is limited to the express emission control system warranty terms
stated in this warranty. The foregoing statements of warranty are exclusive
and in line of all other remedies. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations may not apply to you.
No dealer is authorized to modify this Tao Motor Limited Emission Control
System Warranty. IV. Legal Rights. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. V.
This emission control system warranty is in addition to the standard limited
warranty for all vehicles. VI. Additional Information. Any replacement part
that is equivalent in performance and durability may be used in the
performance of any maintenance or repairs. However, Tao Motor is not liable
for these parts. The owner is responsible for the performance of all required
maintenance. Such maintenance may be performed at a service establishment or
by any individual. The warranty period begins on the date the motorcycle is
