Simple Troubleshooting

Programs for problem-solving

  • Q: I press any button without a response
A: Buttons are locked when there is no operation for 30 seconds. Please press and hold the feed button for 3 seconds to unlock the button.

  • Q: The app can’t connect to the feeder
It is recommended to use a combination of letters and numbers for the WiFi name and password, with a maximum length of 12 characters. Please use the 2.4G WiFi signal as the 5GWiFi signal is not supported.
If your phone is experiencing network connection failure, it could be due to a conflict within the software. To resolve this, try restarting your phone and disabling any non-system software that automatically starts up with the phone. Additionally, make sure Bluetooth and positioning are enabled, and then attempt to reconnect to the network.

  • Q: The feeder does not dispense properly or does not dispense food
A: Before taking any further action, kindly ensure that the food tray is not overloaded with food and that the food passage is not blocked. It is recommended to clean the food outlet and passage regularly to avoid blockage. In case you are using battery power, please check if the battery is functioning properly and not leaking.

  • Q: The feeder shows offline
A: Please make sure that the feeder is within 10 meters’ effective distance from your home router. If there is a wall in between, the WiFi signal will drop sharply and the connection may become unstable, which can cause the product to go offline. Try to avoid any obstacles that may affect the WiFi signal.

  • Q: No response to power on
A: First, please check if the power supply is plugged in and the switch is turned on. If they are both plugged in, examine the power adapter and power cord for any signs of damage. If you find that the power cord is damaged, please contact customer service to assist you in resolving the issue.
