GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Before you begin installing the mouse hardware, uninstall the drivers or software from any mouse previously installed on your computer. In this way, you will avoid any conflict that may lead to an improper installation of your mouse. Check the documents of your previous mouse for proper instructions on how to uninstall the software and drivers.

PLACING BATTERIES

  1. Slide the vehicle hood back and pull up slightly (Fig. 1 ).

  2. Behind the battery compartment is the mini USB wireless receiver that you should remove from its compartment and plug into any USB port on your computer. This compartment is used to store the receiver in transfers and / or when the mouse is not used for long periods of time.

  3. Insert 2 AAA batteries.

  4. Caution: Be sure to check the polarity (+ or -) and insert the batteries correctly.

  5. Replace the top cover and close it (hood of the vehicle).

MOUSE INSTALLATION

  1. Be sure to turn on your computer before installing the mouse.
  2. Disconnect your current mouse
  3. Connect the mini wireless receiver to an available USB port on your PC
  4. Your PC will automatically find the new hardware and install the necessary drivers.

ATTENTION

  1. Keep a distance of more than 1.5 m between your mouse and any other radio frequency operating device to avoid possible interference.
  2. The mouse optical sensor will not function properly if placed on a mirror, glass or any reflective or printed halftone surface.
Attention: During travel, turn off t he unit to reserve the battery charge.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The cursor does not react when I move the mouse.

  1. This is probably because t he distance between the receiver and the mouse exceeds t he operating range of 1 m. Place the mouse closer to the receiver.
  2. Make sure that the mouse is not located on a reflective surface such as a mirror, glass, halftone printed surface, or a 3D mouse pad.
  3. When using t he wireless device on a metal table or near a metal cabinet, use a thick, non-reflecting mouse pad to reduce possible interference

The system did not detect my USB mouse and, therefore, does not work. What should I do? Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your USB mouse is fully connected to the USB port.
  2. Check the operation of the USB port of your system in the Device Manager of the System Properties. If an exclamation mark appears in a circle on t he USB port icon, t he problem is with t he USB driver. Try uninstalling and t hen reinstalling the USB driver, or contact the technical support department of your PC manufacturer.
  3. Check t he version of your operating system. Update your operating system wit h any of t he previous versions, so that the USB device can be enabled.
    4. Ensure that t he USB port is enabled in the BIOS set up.
