Which accessories are included with the Razer Hammerhead BT?
The Razer Hammerhead BT comes out of the box with four interchangeable ear- tips, magnetic shirt clip, charging cable, and carrying pouch.
Can I use the Razer Hammerhead BT on my PC?
Yes, you can. It will work with devices with Bluetooth audio output capability.
What devices do the Razer Hammerhead BT work with?
The Razer Hammerhead BT will work with devices featuring Bluetooth capability. This includes all portable audio, mobile, or computing devices such as the Razer Phone, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire, Android phones, Razer Blade, MacBook Pro, and today’s newer ultrabooks.
What mobile operating is compatible with Razer Hammerhead Pro and
Hammerhead BT remote?
The remote has full functionality with both iOS and Android devices.
What are ear tips and bi-flanges?
The Razer Hammerhead BT silicon eartips are designed to fit snugly into your ear to keep music in your ear while keeping external sound out. Included in the packaging are eartips in 3 different sizes to ensure that you have the perfect fit for your Razer Hammerhead earphones.
Also included are bi-flanged eartips that offer the optimal amount of comfort and sound isolation through an additional silicon flap. A bi-flanged ear-tip creates a second layer of sealing, providing better sound isolation and fit than single-flap eartips.
How can I modify or disassemble my Razer product?
We cannot help you in modifying or disassembling your Razer product since that will void the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit.
One of the features of my Razer Product does not work. How do I fix this?

Troubleshooting
How do I clean my Razer headset?
We cannot say with certainty what type of dirt and debris may be on your product, or how certain cleaning products may react with it, but we have had good luck cleaning Razer products using commonly available monitor cleaning wipes.
- To clean the body of your Razer headset, gently wipe it with a monitor wipe.
- Do not scrub the surface of your Razer headset.
- When cleaning the earpads, make sure that the earcup and speaker do not get wet, as this can cause damage to your headset.
How do I replace the worn out or damaged ear cups for my Razer Hammerhead
BT?
If your headset is still in warranty, you may contact Customer Support to have your ear cups replaced. Kindly prepare a photo of the ear cups for documentation.
However, do note that ear cups that show normal wear from extended use cannot be replaced under warranty. This also applies to ear cups that show signs of excessive dirt, liquid spills, physical damage or other abuse.
If your headset is no longer covered by our warranty period, you may purchase replacement ear cups.
