instructions for use
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your trust and for purchasing this product. This instruction
manual is included with the product. It contains important instructions for
commissioning and operating the product. If you pass the product on to other
persons, make sure that you also give them this manual. Keep this manual so
that you can read it again at any time!
Smart TV box
Precautions before use
To prevent fire, electric shock and product damage, do not allow the player to
come into contact with rain, moisture or liquid. Do not place vases or other
water containers on the player. To ensure good ventilation, do not place the
player in bookcases, cabinets or other enclosed areas. Keep it well ventilated
to prevent fire or electric shock caused by overheating the player. Keep
lighted candles and other lighted objects away from the player. Do not open
the player case. This should only be done by a specialist.
Location of emission units
Place the player on a flat surface. Protect it from sunlight and avoid heat,
moisture and frequent shocks to avoid damaging the case and other player
components and shortening the life of the player. For best player performance,
do not place heavy objects on the player. and keep it at least 6 inches from
the wall.
Power problems
Do not use surge voltage, otherwise the player will be damaged and could cause
a fire. Connect the power cord correctly and make sure the cord is not
damaged. If you do not use the player for a long time, disconnect the power
cord to prevent damage caused by a sudden electrical impulse.
Moisture problems
Keep the player out of damp places, such as the basement.
Moisture condensation can cause damage to the player. In this case, turn on
the player and the heat of the player can dissipate the moisture.
About the User Guide
Read the user manual carefully and keep it in a safe place for inspection. The
images in this User Guide may differ from the images shown on the TV due to
differences in firmware. If any of the components need to be replaced, make
sure that only approved components are used. Otherwise, it may cause fire,
electric shock or other damage.
TV control area: press the button to learn how to control the TV using the TV remote control.
- Power: Press to enter standby mode.
- Mute: Press to mute the volume.
- Web: press to go to the browser.
- VOL: Press the button to increase/decrease the volume.
- Home: Quick button to return to the main menu
- Return: Press to return to the previous menu.
- Turn it down: Press to select the function menu of the corresponding application in the video, music, photo and web page.
- Cursor: Press the button to use the navigation button as a cursor
- Navigation: Press to scroll left/right/up/down. Press OK to confirm your choice.
- Numeric keypad 0-9: Press to enter an Arabic number.
- Turn it down: Mute voice or reactivate Backspace:
- Press to type back a space.
Connection
AV connection
- A. Connect the 3-color AV cable (red/white/yellow) to the AV output interface of the TV BOX, the other end to the AV input interface of the TV. Connect the device according to the colour scheme below.
- b. Turn on the TV BOX, set the TV video mode to AV input.
HDTV Connection
- A. Connect the HDTV cable to the product interface and the other side to the TV.
- b. turn on the TV BOX, set the TV video mode to the corresponding HDTV input. Connection diagram:
Launch
When the power is turned on, the blue light turns on for about 3 seconds and
enters the main interface
Screen settings
Click “Setting/Display/Display Scale”, scroll to the page below and press the
up or down button on the remote control to adjust the screen.
Wi-Fi settings
Go to “Wi-Fi” and turn on the Wi-Fi network in the top right corner. The
system will automatically start searching for available Wi-Fi networks around
you.
HDTV Output Settings
Display -> Turn on “HDTV auto-detection” -> Click on “HDTV Output Mode setting
:1080-60hz”. Then you can select it as the second screen.
Application installation
Go to the application installer.
Use this feature of the application installer to install software. First,
download the desired software using the application formats from your computer
to the USB. Select the desired device to scan the applications. Press the OK
button to install the required software.
When the installation is complete, a software icon will appear in the
application menu.
My apps
Move to my apps. Press OK to enter. In the picture you can see icons referring
to different functions
Backup & reset
Go to “Backup and Reset” and press to restore data to factory settings. You
can delete all data in the media box this way.
Troubleshooting
Warning
Under no circumstances attempt to repair the TV BOX yourself as this will void
the warranty. Do not open as there is a risk of electric shock. If a fault
occurs, check the points below first before repairing the TV BOX. If you
cannot solve the problem using the following advice, ask your dealer or a
person authorised to repair similar equipment for help.

No audio or digital output| Check the digital connection. Check that the your
amplifier is set up correctly.
The player does not respond to the remote control.
The player does not respond to some operational commands during playback
| Point the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the TV box. Reduce the distance to the TV box. Replace the batteries in the remote control. Operation may not be enabled. Refer to the user manual.
To stop the system, reinsert the power adapter and restart.
No sound during movie playback| The audio codec may not be supported by TV BOX. In the playback menu, you can change the supported
Sound. Check the volume.
The contents of the USB Flash drive cannot be read| The USB flash drive format is not compatible with the TV box. If no file can be read from the USB, turn off the TV BOX for 30 seconds and restart the TV
BOX.
Slow operation of the USB Flash drive| A large file size or high resolution USB flash drive takes a long time to read

NO sound With HDTV connection| Check the connection between the TV and the HDTV connector

Maintenance and cleaning
The product requires no maintenance. Use only a soft cloth slightly dampened with water to clean the case. Do not use any scouring agents or chemical solvents (paint and varnish thinners) as these may damage the product housing.
Recycling
Electronic and electrical products must not be thrown into household waste. Dispose of waste at the end of the product’s lifetime appropriately according to the applicable legal provisions. Save the environment and contribute to its protection!
Warranty
This product is guaranteed for 24 months. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, accident, wear and tear, failure to follow the instruction manual or changes made to the product by a third party.
