Security features of Smart Switch in Z-Wave network

Touch Switch can be included and operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave certified devices from other manufacturers and/or other applications. All non-battery operated nodes within the network will act as repeaters regardless of  vendor to increase reliability of the network.

This device must be used in conjunction with a Security Enabled Z-Wave Controller in order to fully utilize all implemented functions.

Add for inclusion (non-security and security):

  1. Connect the power supply.
  2. Set the Z-Wave network main controller into learning mode.
  3. Press and hold the button (the red light flashes slowly) until the pink light flashes slowly and then release, the device sends the network information(blue  light flashes quickly).
  4. After the network is successfully connected, the LED indicator of the device is steady blue, and the load is off by default.
