  • Be sure to observe the following instructions.

  • For installation or adjustment, please follow the instructions in this manual and refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

Safety Precautions

  • If smoke or a peculiar smell comes from the display, remove the power plug from the outlet immediately.
  • Failure to do so may result in fire or electrical shock. Contact your dealer for inspection.
  • If the display has been turned on but there isn’t a picture, remove the power plug from the outlet immediately.
  • Failure to do so may result in fire or electrical shock. Contact your dealer for inspection.
  • If water is spilled or objects are dropped inside the display, remove the power plug from the outlet immediately.
  • Failure to do so may result in fire or electrical shock. Contact your dealer for inspection.
  • If the display is dropped or the cabinet is damaged, remove the power plug from the outlet immediately.
  • Failure to do so may result in fire or electrical shock. Contact your dealer for inspection.

Battery Installation and Warning

  • Read the Manual
    Always read and understand the user manual provided with the battery before use. Follow all instructions and warnings carefully.

  • Keep Away from Children
    Batteries can be harmful if swallowed. Keep batteries out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

  • Avoid Extreme Temperatures
    Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures (high heat or freezing temperatures). Avoid leaving batteries in direct sunlight, near heaters, or in vehicles during hot weather.

  • Storage
    Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not store batteries loose in pockets or bags where they may come into contact with metal objects, such as coins or keys, which can cause short- circuiting.

  • Dispose Properly
    Dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, as they may explode. Some batteries contain hazardous materials and should be recycled or disposed of properly.

  • Do Not Disassemble
    Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or modify the battery in any way. This can lead to leakage, fire, or explosion.

  • Check for Damage
    Before use, inspect batteries for any signs of damage, leakage, or swelling. Do not use damaged batteries.

  • Avoid Water Exposure
    Keep batteries away from water and moisture. Do not immerse batteries in water or expose them to rain.

  • Use Correct Polarity
    When inserting batteries into devices, ensure they are inserted in the correct orientation (+ and -). Reversing the polarity can damage the device and the battery.

  • Ventilation
    Ensure proper ventilation when using batteries in enclosed spaces. Do not cover or block ventilation holes on battery-operated devices.

  • Avoid Mixing Batteries
    Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different types or brands, in the same device. This can lead to uneven discharge and potentially cause leakage or rupture.

  • Battery Life
    Replace batteries as needed and do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

  • Keep Away from Combustible Materials
    Do not place batteries near flammable or combustible materials.

  • Follow the Manufacturer’s Instructions
    Follow all instructions provided by the manufacturer for safe and proper use of the battery.

Cleaning

  • If dust has collected on the power plug, removed the plug from the outlet and clean off the dust.
  • Dust build-up may cause a fire.
  • Take off the power plug before cleaning.
  • Failure to do so may result in electrical shock or damage.

Cleaning the surface of the display

  • When the surface of the display becomes dirty, please wipe the surface lightly with a soft clean cloth.
  • If the surface requires additional cleaning, lightly moisten the cloth.
  • Do not to let any kind of liquid enter the display as it may cause electrical shock or damage.
  • Do not clean the display with alcohol, solvents or ammonia, as this could damage the display.

Warnings: Use

  • Do not use the display lying flat on its back.
  • Transport the display upright with proper packaging. Avoid placing the display face up or down. Be careful not to bump to the display.
  • Do not send a static (non-moving) image to the display, or it may cause image ‘burn-in’ or image retention.
  • “Burn in” and/or image retention is not covered under warranty.
  • Make sure to change the image on the display periodically. It is recommended to (1) turn off the display for at least 6 hours after 18 hours of usage in a 24 hour period to help avoid image retention and (2) to turn the “IRFM” function to “ON” in the OSD menu (under “Advanced Settings”).
  • Warning – The fuse cannot be intended to be replaceable.

  • This product isn’t warranted for any damage caused by disassembly, modification or repair by non-authorized service center or people.

Compliance Information

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE STATEMENT
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. End-users and installers must be provide with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Unpacking

  • The ESX32LNLd / ESX32LNLc / Engage MediaBoard 32W, Jetblack display is packed using cushions to protect the display during shipping.
  • Before unpacking your display, prepare a stable, level, and clean surface near a wall outlet.
  • Set the display box in an upright position and open from the top of the box before removing the top cushions.
    • Step 1: Remove the white handle and cut the banding
    • Step 2: Remove the top cushion and take the accessory bag out.

This product has another model supporting type-c power input, the max power input is 65W. ADS will provide type-c cable as an accessory.

Battery Installation & Removal

  1. Remove the battery cover
  2. E nsure correct alignment of the battery panel bef ore installing or removing the battery.

CAUTION: About the remote control

  • Don’t drop, shake or bump.
  • Don’t place on wet materials.
  • Don’t dismantle.
  • Don’t place in locations with exposure to high-temperature or high-humidity levels.

Troubleshooting

Before calling service personnel, please check the following chart for a possible cause to the trouble you are experiencing.

  • Perform the adjustments according to page 16 “Operation The Display”
  • If the problem you have experienced isn’t described below or you can’t correct the problem, stop using the display and call service personnel or your dealer.

Appendix I: Installing a Wall Mount

  1. Follow the manual instructions for the type of mount you have selected. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
  2. Moving the display requires at least two people.
  3. Before installing, please make sure the wall is strong enough to hold the necessary weight of the display and the mount.
  • Step1. Keep the display facing the ground and place it on a flat object.
  • Step2. Remove the 6 screws (M6*15) from the back of the display.
  • Step3. Align the wall brackets with the mounting holes and attach the brackets to the display using the screws removed in Step 2.

Caution : Longer screws will damage the display.
