Introduction:

This audio splitter can be connected between the source device (DVD player, Blu-ray player, network player, set-top box, PS2, PS3, PS4,PS5,Xbox360, PC, etc.) and the display device (TV, HD monitor, projector), It can synchronously separate one optical fiber signal and connect one stereo channel to the sound system to obtain high-quality audio signals. Support audio formats such as AC-3, DTS, LPCM.

Interface

  1. HD audio video output interface.
  2. HDMI output LED indicator Will light when extractor is connected to the TV correctly.

  8. Audio format(EDID)selection switch

PASS: When the witch is shifted to this position, the audio signal format output from the adapter is according to TV default audio format(EDID).
2CH: When the witch is shifted to this position, the Toslink interface of the adapter will output 2ch digital audio signal;L/R interface will output analog 2ch audio signal.
5.1CH: When the witch is shifted to this position, the Toslink interface of the adapter will output 5.1ch digital audio signal.

Connection and Operation

Connection

  1. Connect the DVD/BD HDMI HD output to the HDMI input of the splitter via the HDMI cable.

  2. Connect the HDMI output of the splitter to the TV/display HDMI input via the HDMI cable.

  3. When digital audio is required, connect it from the OPTICAL output of the splitter to the fiber input of the amplifier through the fiber optic cable.

  4. When analog audio is required, connect the 2-channel analog audio to the TV or amplifier analog audio input via the RCA audio cable.
    Note that the channels correspond one-to-one and the EDID mode switch is selected in 2CH mode.

  5. Finally connect the DC head of the power adapter to the DC input of the decoder, and then plug the adapter into the power outlet.

Notes:
In order to prolong the service life, please pay attention to the following points:
