Introduction
The Full 3D 4K 60HZ 1X2 HDMI Splitter distributes 1 HDMI source to 2 HDMI Displays Simultaneously, 3D Compatible. The Splitter allows you to take the video and audio signal from one source and then display it on two HDMI displays simultaneously, without any loss, lag, flash or drop in resolution. The Splitter can also be placed at the end of a long HDMI cable to regenerate the HDMI signal.
NOTE: This product does not extend monitors, only to duplicate. Each screen will show the same pictures.

WHEN YOU USE THE FUNCTION OF AUTO VIDEO SCALING / DOWNSCAUNG, PLEASE NOTE
- Auto video scaling / downscaling function doesn’t support DVI monitor.
- Computer or the input source does not have an automatic resolution, the downgrade is not supported.
- As long as one display doesn’t support HDR, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, etc., it can’t be downgraded. Also, Hertz (Hz) will not change either.

* For stable AV signal Power source: HDMI Splitter will come with 5V/1 A power adapter. Please plug the cable before using the Splitter, when input source and output displays are connected and turned on, the corresponding LED will light.

a) The Splitter doesn’t appear to be functioning.
Firstly, Please check the LED lights and the power supply are in good
condition. Secondly, make sure all cables are in good condition and well
connected. Thirdly make sure the length of the cables is within the maximum
supported length of this Splitter. Finally, please try to connect the input
source to the display directly to see if it display normally.
b) If the maximum resolution of the two displays supported is not the
same, what resolution be displayed?
It will show the lower resolution display.
c) When using Windows or Mac Book, make sure that the computer’s output is set properly. Do not select only computer screen items.
