Meeting invitation
Create the meeting invitation with the Outlook add-in which can be download from https://meet.video/outlook.vsto (Only for Windows and download with Edge or IE Only).
From the meeting invitation a user may choose the most optimal way for them to join to the meeting.
You are invited to join an Elisa Videra Cloud Connect call on Smith John VMR
There are three ways to join the meeting:
Join using any video device or Skype for Business:
john.smithmeet.video
OR
Join using a web browser on a PC, Mac or Android device:
Click the link to join:

OR Join by phone:
Dial: +358942450190, then enter 753202921#
Call in directly: +358942450190„753202921#
Join from a Chrome, Firefox or Safari

Open the URL link from your invitation in a web browser or go to https://meet.video

2. Add your name and click button on the bottom of the screen and type the calling address (e.g first.last@meet.video) and click If prompt type the pin code from the invitation.

You are successfully connected to the meeting
Join from an Internet Explorer

Open the URL link from your invitation in a web browser or go to https://meet.video

Complete the calling address (e.g first.last@meet.video) and your name fields and click ’Connect’. If prompt type the pin code from the invitation.

Select and test your devices

You are successfully connected to the meeting
Join from a Skype for Business

Enter the video calling address(e.g first.last@meet.video) in the S4B client

Call: Start a video or audio call. If prompt type the pin code from the invitation.

You are successfully connected to the meeting
Join from a Video Device

Enter the video calling address (e.g first.last@meet.video) from your invitation or @meet.video for H.323 calling

Click ’Call’ button to start the meeting. If prompt type the pin code from the invitation.
Join by Audio
Dial the phone number provided in your invitation, add the conf id when prompted and if prompt type the pin code from the invitation.
Join from a Web Browser
- Recommended browsers are Chrome or Firefox
- Other supported browsers are Internet explorer, Edge, Opera and Safari
- Screen and application windows can only be shared from Chrome and Firefox
Join from Skype for Business
- Skype for Business 2015 -2016, Skype for Business Mobile, Lync 2010 – 2013 are supported
Join from a Video Device
- SIP and H323 are supported
- H323 needs to support URI form addresses (H323 Annex O)
Network Requirements
- Recommended dedicated bandwidth for the video meetings is 2/2mbps
