How do I manually reset my Jabra Pro 9400 Series headset?
To manually reset your Jabra Pro 9400, follow these steps.
- Unplug the base power supply from the power outlet.
- Remove the headset from the base.
- Press and hold (5 seconds) the Multi-function button until the LEDs on the boom arm rapidly blink red and turn off. Then release the button.

- Place the headset back onto the base.
- Plug the base power supply into the power outlet again. The soft reset is now completed.
Note:
In rare cases, it is possible that after manually resetting the headset, the software in the headset hangs so the Multi-function button on the headset stops working. If this happens, remove the battery from the headset for a minimum of 10 seconds.
For guidance on removing the battery, see the Quick Start Guide – Battery Kit in the Product Documents section. Use a suitable screwdriver to remove and reinsert the battery. This does not affect the product warranty.
