Operation Instructions

**** Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before use of this product.

  1. Push the OFF ON button to turn caliper on.

  2. To toggle measurement between inches and millimeters, press in/mm button.

  3. With jaws closed, press ZERO to set readout to 0.00.

  4. To measure outside of object, set the bottom prongs outside object being measured. Slide the jaws together until they gently contact the item.

  5. To measure inside of object, set the top prongs inside object being measured. Spread prongs apart until they touch surface of object.

  6. To measure an object’s step, place the sliding jaw on the upper step of the workpiece, then spread the prongs apart until the fixed jaw contacts the lower step.

** Note: Use the ORIGIN button to set the Caliper to its absolute origin. Press and hold button for 1.5 seconds until readout shows 0.00.

  1. When finished, press OFF ON button to turn off Caliper.
  2. To replace battery, open battery compartment to right of display, install new CR2032 battery positive (flat) side up, and slide Battery Cover back into place.

If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
