IMPORTANT SECURITY MEASURES

Follow all safety precautions to ensure safe use of the appliance
- This appliance is for household use only.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- Misuse could lead to fires, electric shocks, or personal injury.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is running.
- Disconnect the appliance from the wall outlet before assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and after each use.
- To disconnect, turn any control to the off position, then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when it is not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning the appliance.
- To protect against fire, electrical shock, and personal injury, do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not touch the appliance or the plug with wet hands.
- Never try to extinguish a flame/fire with water: Turn off the appliance, unplug it from the outlet and cover the flame with a lid or a fire blanket.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged in any way.

- Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with sharp edges.
- Do not pull on the cord to remove the plug from the socket.

- Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself or without the help of a qualified technician. Failing to do this will void the warranty.
- Do not make any changes to the appliance.
- Make sure that the power outlet used is always freely accessible, because only in this way can it be unplugged when necessary.
- To remove the plug from the power outlet, operate directly on the plug. Never pull the cable; it could be damaged.
- If the appliance should break down, do not attempt to repair it. Switch the appliance off, remove the plug from the power outlet and contact the Technical After-sales centre.
- If the plug or power supply cables are damaged, have them replaced exclusively by the Technical After-sales centre, to prevent all risks.
- Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with physical, sensory, or mental impairments or a lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the appliance and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- The milk foam disks can pose a risk of suffocation. Keep disks out of the reach of children.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender, as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
- CAUTION Ensure that the blender is switched off before removing it from the stand.
For this appliance
- The jug warms up during the operation. Do not touch the hot surfaces; always pick up the jug using the handle.
- The appliance shall not be placed in a cabinet when in use.
- Leave a space of 10 cm around the appliance.
- Make sure the lid is firmly closed. Do not open the lid during use.
- Do not use the appliance in combination with parts or accessories from other manufacturers.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to people.
- Place the appliance on a flat, dry surface.
- Avoid wetting or spraying liQuid on the appliance. In case of contact with liQuid, immediately unplug the cord from the electrical outlet and dry thoroughly: Risk of electric shock’
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects to clean the appliance.
- The use of an accessory not evaluated for use with this appliance may cause injuries.
- Do not install the appliance in environments with a temperature less than or closer to 0
- Verify that there are no foreign objects inside the appliance.
- People who have pacemakers or other similar devices fitted must make sure that the operation of these devices is not affected by the induction field, the frequency range of which is between 20 and 50 kHz.
Connect the appliance
- Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds with that indicated on the data plate at the bottom of the appliance. Connect the appliance only to a power outlet installed perfectly with a minimum capacity of 10A and with an efficient earth. If the plug and power outlet are incompatible, have the power outlet replaced with a suitable type by Qualified staff.
Identification plate
- The identification plate lists the technical data, serial number, and brand name. The identification plate must never be removed.
Disposal

Before first use
- Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packing materials and any labels and stickers.
- Clean the motor base with a damp cloth. Wash all the components and dry them thoroughly (see par. “Cleaning and Maintenance”).

DESCRIPTION AND ASSEMBLY
Description of the appliance
Assembly of components
- Place the jug on the motor base.
- Place the whisk inside the jug by inserting it into the pin.
- Place the lid on the jug and press it downwards.

- The appliance is equipped with 5 preset programs which can be selected by touching the interface.
- Liquid level indications
USE
Before use
- Examination
- Check whether the product and accessories are complete.
- Check whether the rubber ring in the centre of the smooth whisk is intact.
- When the product base is powered on. it will emit the sound “beep” five times, all icons will keep flashing for one minute, and it will enter sleep standby mode if no operation is carried out within one minute.
- Put the jug on the base: after it is powered on, the power button of the base will keep flashing. Push the power button to turn on the machine.
More instructions for use
- Capacity: The maximum volume for heating milk and hot chocolate is 400 ml; The maximum volume for frothing milk is 220 ml: The minimum volume for every mode is 100 ml.
- Insert the plug into the power outlet.
- Before first use, add a small amount of water to the jug, and then turn on the machine to try each function one by one.
- Check whether each function and the”+,-” buttons are available or not. Try the first function to check whether the whisk rotates normally when the product is working. The sound should be small, and the rotation should be stable when it rotates normally.
- The result of the milk mount function can be influenced by the ingredients used.
- Use whole milk for best results, removing it from the fridge immediately before pouring it into the jug.
- After the first heating cycle, wait for the appliance to cool before starting a second one.
- Do not use the appliance without liquids. Starting the appliance without liquids could damage the jug. Always fill up to the MIN level and not beyond the MAX level: both are indicated inside the jug.
- If the whisk is not clean, it will produce abnormal noise during use.
- The notched whisk/whisk protector should not be applied unless it’s in “Hot chocolate” mode.
To make hot milk with a thick froth
- Open the lid of the jug.
- Put the smooth whisk into the rotating shaft of the jug body and install it to the end.
- Pour pure milk into the jug. The maximum amount of milk injected should not exceed the “Maximum milk filling level to be frothed” (refer to “Liquid level indications” in “Description and Assembly”) otherwise, the milk foam may overflow. The minimum milk amount should not be less than the MIN scale.
- Put the lid on the jug.
- Press the “Start/Stop” button on the control panel.
- Press the “Function” icon once to choose “Hot milk with thick froth” mode.
- Press”+” or”-” to select your preferred temperature.
- Both semi-skimmed and whole milk are suitable for this mode.
To make hot milk with light froth
- Open the lid of the jug.
- Put the smooth whisk into the rotating shaft of the jug body and install it to the end.
- Pour pure milk into the jug. The maximum amount of milk injected should not exceed the “Maximum milk filling level to be frothed” (refer to “Liquid level indications” in “Description and Assembly”) otherwise, the milk foam may overflow. The minimum milk amount should not be less than the MIN scale.
- Put the lid on the jug.
- Press the “Start/Stop” button on the control panel.
- Press the “Function” icon twice to choose “Hot milk with light froth” mode.
- Press”+” or”-” to select your preferred temperature.
- It is recommended to use whole milk for this mode. Choose 150 ml or 220 ml at 45 °C for latte art.
To make cold milk with froth
- Open the lid of the jug.
- Put the smooth whisk into the rotating shaft of the jug body and install it to the end.
- Pour pure milk into the jug. The maximum amount of milk injected should not exceed the “Maximum milk filling level to be frothed” (refer to “Liquid level indications” in “Description and Assembly”) otherwise, the milk foam may overflow. The minimum milk amount should not be less than the MIN scale.
- Put the lid on the jug.
- Press the “Start/Stop” button on the control panel.
- Press the “Function” icon three times to choose “Cold milk with froth” mode.
To heat up milk
- Open the lid of the jug.
- Put the smooth whisk into the rotating shaft of the jug body and install it to the end.
- Pour pure milk into the jug. The maximum amount of milk injected should not exceed the “Maximum milk filling level for heating function and chocolate preparation” (refer to “Liquid level indications” in “Description and Assembly”) otherwise, the milk may overflow. The minimum milk amount should not be less than the MIN scale.
- Put the lid on the jug.
- Press the “Start/Stop” button on the control panel.
- Press the “Function” icon four times to choose “Hot milk” mode.
- Press”+” or”-” to select your preferred temperature.
To make hot chocolate
- Open the lid of the jug.
- Put the smooth whisk and then the notched whisk/whisk protector into the rotating shaft of the jug body and install them to the end.
- Pour pure milk into the jug.
- Press the “Start/Stop” button on the control panel.
- Press the “Function” icon five times to choose “Hot chocolate” mode.
- Press”+” or”-” to select your preferred temperature.
- While heating and stirring the milk, slowly pour the cocoa powder into the jug. The maximum amount of milk injected should not exceed the “Maximum milk filling level for heating function and chocolate preparation” (refer to “Liquid level indications” in “Description and Assembly”) otherwise, the milk foam may overflow. The minimum milk amount should not be less than the MIN scale.
- This mode is suitable for cocoa powder, chocolate powder, and instant soft cereal. It is not recommended to use chocolate chunks to make chocolate milk.
- Powder can be added in the ratio of 0.15 g powder to 1 ml of milk.
- If the powder floats on the milk surface, please stir the powder with a spoon; It can be used during preparation.

Warranty Precautions

The warranty period of the product is two years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if the product is damaged or broken down under normal use, the customer shall
contact Hazel Quinn’s authorized technician who will determine the cause of the malfunction with the completed warranty card and purchase invoice, or the bulk purchase warranty card. -
The warranty period of the product is no more than two years from the date of purchase. If the customer cannot provide the invoice, inquire about the production year of the machine and take 1st July of that year as the purchase date.

During the warranty period, Hazel Quinn company shall be responsible for free repair in case of damage caused by material and assembly problems.

This warranty card does not apply to the following situations:
- the product once is repaired or replaced by technicians not authorized by Hazel Quinn company.
- the product damage is caused by improper installation, improper voltage input, wrong operation, careless use, accidents or natural disasters.
- the machine number does not match the actual product, or it is altered. removed or mutilated.
- if the product is used in business or entertainment places, the warranty period is three months.
