Take 2.5-3.5 hours to fully charge(In the case of completely out of power). To preserve battery lifespan, fully charge at least once every 45 days.

Insert the larger end of the Type-C charging cable into a USB wall charger(USB wall charger• that is 5W1.0A up to 5W2.4A maximum), or a USB port on your laptop/ computer to charge the NPET Protable Speaker battery.

  • Only use a USB wall charger that is UL listed and on the USB wall charger, the logo will be printed. UL

Please charge the speaker 2.5-3 hours when you first use the it.

Note:

  1. When you turn on the speaker, the default volume of the speaker is 62%
  2. Long press Power Button for 5 seconds to clear the pairing information and return to the default volume Awith a beep, it will automatically shut down
  3. When the machine is abnormal or crashes, press and hold Power Button for 8 seconds, the machine will automatically reset and shut down and power off
  4. The speaker is automatically turned off for 10 minutes without operation
  5. This operation should be operated under the circumstance that the portable speaker has been turned on
  • Make sure your battery has a sufficient charge, it is not able to connect when the charge is too low.
  • Your device needs to be within 32 unobstructed feet of the speaker to pair and connect. If there is an issue when connecting please move your device closer to the speaker, then pair and connect.

Pair & Connect: Step 1

Turn ON your NPET Portable Speaker

Light - The speaker is ready to pair and connect. Solid Blue Light - The
speaker has automatically reconnected to the last device it was connected to
and is ready to play. - The speaker will automatically try to connect to the
last device it was connected to each time it is turned on and that device is
within range. The speaker can be connected to one device at a time. - To pair
and connect to a different device, you need to first disconnect the currently
paired device. - To disconnect the current device, press and hold down the BT
button for 3 seconds. - The Blue Light will begin flashing and the speaker is
ready to pair and connect to your device.

  •  The speaker is ready to pair and connect.

Solid Blue Light

  •  The speaker has automatically reconnected to the last device it was connected to and is ready to play.
  • The speaker will automatically try to connect to the last device it was connected to each time it is turned on and that device is within range.

The speaker can be connected to one device at a time.

  • To pair and connect to a different device, you need to first disconnect the currently paired device.
  • To disconnect the current device, press and hold down the BT button for 3 seconds.
  • The Blue Light will begin flashing and the speaker is ready to pair and connect to your device.

Pair & Connect: Step 2

  • From Your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Smartphone, table, or mobile devices Go to Settings > BT, check BT is on Select ‘NPETBS10-01’ when it appears under DEVICES
  • The speaker will connect in a few seconds
  • The Blue Light will turn solid blue and with a beep You can now play your audio wirelessly to your speaker

Connect via AUX

When using AUX mode, control audio playback via the connected device. Make sure your speaker battery has a sufficient charge.

  • Plug one end of a 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX IN Jack r on the back of your speaker
  • Plug the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphone
  • Jack on your laptop/computer or non-BT audio device
  •  Make sure both ends of the cable are fully inserted
  • You are now ready to play

Important: The BT on the speaker is disabled when a 3.5mm audio cable is connected to the speaker. You need to remove the 3.5mm audio cable from the speaker in order to connect to a BT device.

  • To return to BT mode, just press the BT button to change the mode.
  • You don’t need to remove the aux cable.
  • With a beep when you plug the aux to speaker.

*Placing the speakers on the ground or having walls or obstructions between the speakers will significantly reduce the distance apart the two speakers can play together.

Connecting two NPET Speakers together for Left Channel – Right Channel

Speaker TWS mode link method:

  1. Turn on both NPET speaker(Two speakers flash blue light)
  2. Select one speaker long-press the Play/Pause Button for 2S with a beep (as Play Control Speaker), the blue indicator light flashes continuously. The second speaker indicator light is always solid blue
  3. Long press the Play/Pause Button for 25 with a beep from the second speaker, TWS connection is successful
  4. After the TWS mode is successfully connected, the two speakers are always on solid blue
  5. Turn on the BT of the mobile phone and search for “NPETBS10.01” (Two NPETBS10-01 devices will appear, just connect to one device, if there is no response to the first BT device, please try the second BY device)
  6. After playing music, the indicator lights of the time speakers changed from a solid blue light to a solid white light
  7.  The speaker has a memory function. When your turn off the speaker with TWS mode. When you turn on the speaker, the speaker is still in TWS mode B. Press and hold the Play/Pause Button on any speaker for 2 seconds to disconnect the TWS mode

  • Use the buttons on the Play Control Speaker and second speaker for play/pause, next track, previous track, answer and end phone calls.
  • Use the Play Control Speaker and second speaker for connecting to different audio devices via BT or AUX IN.
  • Speakerphone call audio will only play through the Play Control Speaker

IPX7 means the NPET Portable Speaker is WaterProof and can handle water spray from the shower or being splashed and can handle being partially or fully submerged in water up to a maximum of 3 feet deep, for up to a maximum of 30 minutes. The rubber flap needs to be dosed to keep the speaker waterproof and dustproof

Important Safety Precaution: When the NPET Portable speaker is plugged into a charging source with the charging cable, never use the speaker in the shower, bath, or near water, to prevent the risk of electric shock. Do not keep the speaker in a wet environment for an extended period of time.

Fault and Maintenance

First fault: C onnection failed

Solution:

  1. Please check whether the multifunction indicator light flashes blue. Please power on your speakers if the light isn’t on. Please charge the speaker if the light is still not on.
  2. Please turn off the other BT devices, if there are many BT devices surrounding. This may result in search difticulties.
  3. Restart wireless speaker on devices for BT search function.

Second problem: The music player appears sound breaks.

Solution:

  1. View the distance between the player and the speaker has not been exceeded effective BT connection distance 8-12meters.
  2. Ensure there is not any obstacle between the play device and speakers.
  3. Check the playback device or whether the speaker is in a low power state.

NOTES BEFORE USE:

This product is designed with full attention for safety performance. To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:

  1. Place the speakers in a stable position avoid Mil and cause damage or personal injury
  2. Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, puncture, bum speaker.
  3. Do not close to any heat source (such as radiators, heating equipment, stoves, or other heat-generating equipment) where the use of speakers.
  4. If it is damaged for any reason, please email us in time to contact us.
  5. Before wiping with a dry doth to clean the speakers, set the power switch to the off position and unplug the power cord from the power outlet
  6. Health considerations, please adjust the sound to a suitable level.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. The speaker does not turn on ?
    Recharge your speaker.

  2. The speaker does not turn off or does not respond ?
    Reset your speaker. hold the power button for 6 seconds to automatically reset the speaker and turn it off.

  3. There is no sound?
    Adjust the volume. Make sure that your BT device is within range. Ensure there is no obstacles in the way that can block/disturb the signal.

  4. Check via the device’s BT connection if the speaker is connected with the device. There is poor sound quality?
    Move the device doser to the speaker or try removing obstacles between them.

  5. Cannot connect the device with the speaker?
    Disconnect other connected devices and then try again. You can force a disconnection by moving out of BT range (10 m).

In order to avoid harming the product performance, please do charge your device each month at least.
