• The cleaning head of this device can be rinsed, but donot recommend to rinse the whole body.
• Do not expose the product to the sun or place it in a humid environment.
• It is normal that the device might get hot when it is working or charging.
• Do not disassemble this product without authorization to prevent electric shock or battery short circuit, otherwise you will take full responsibility of any loss.
• In order to achieve as long a battery service life as possible, fully charge the battery at least once every two months.

  • Patients with periodontitis, gingivitis and other dental diseases.

Tips: How to distinguish the real and fake ultrasonic plaque remover device?
The real ultrasonic plaque remover device adopts high frequency vibrations generated by high frequency ultrasonic transducer. You won’t feel the vibration when you hold it in your hand. Q: Is it normal that if my gums are bleeding while using the device?
A: It will easily cause gums bleeding when you have periodontitis or gingivitis, which may cause gums bleeding even when you brush your teeth or chew hard food. If your gums are bleeding when using this device, please stop using it and gargle with cold water.
Q: Why the device switches itself o ffwhen using it?
A: If the battery indicator flashes or the device switches o ff automatically in the process of using, it means the battery is running low. Please use it after charging.
Q: Is it normal that the cleaning head tip and cleaner get hot slightly when it is working?
A: As the internal parts are working, it is normal if the device gets hot.
Q: Is it normal that if the device has noise sometimes in the process of using?
A: That is normal. It was due to the loose cleaning head or the resonance. If the cleaning head gets loose, please tighten it with a wrench.

To Use

1. Please fully charge the battery before you use it for the first time.

2. Install a cleaning head and tighten it with a wrench.

4. Long press the button to turn on the device.
   

5. Press the button to select different modes.

6. The device will shut off automatically after 10 minutes of continuous usage.

7. If the battery indicator flashes or the device switches off automatically in the process of using, it means the battery is running low and we recommend to charge it.

To Charge

• Connect the USB power cord(included) to the AC Power Adapter(Not included) and plug the adapter into an electrical outlet. Connect the round end of the power cord to the device. The device must be shut o ffwhen charging. It is recommended to use 5V 1A adapter, please don’t use the adapter exceed 5V 1A.
• The power LED will blink, indicating that the battery is charging. When the power LED illuminates steadily, the battery is fully charged. A full charge will last for about 20 days of standby time.

Replacement Cleaning Heads :

Care and Maintenance:

• Before cleaning, always unplug power adapter from the electrical outlet.
• Clean the device with a slightly moistened cloth. You can also moisten the cloth with a mild detergent.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the device.
• Never immerse the device or power adapter in water or other liquids.
